Title: The game says I have the wrong username/password

I'm positive everything has been proceeded correctly.

I didn't use my forum name (I assume that's Deja Gardner), and there are no symbols in my username. I made sure to use capital letters where I needed them, and I made sure to use the number pad on the top row instead of the one to the right. I can log into the site perfectly, but I haven't logged in ONCE on Feral-Heart.

Please help, I want to play really bad!<3

Is your username/password longer than 16 characters? If so, you can't play FeralHeart with thata ccount.
