I've always loved customizing my characters to create their own unique style, especially the ears, muzzle, etc. I thought to myself, what if we could customize paw length/size? I think it would be a great addition to the game, especially if you were making a animal with a strange paw/foot size like the snowshoe hare (Random thought). Even thought they are small creatures, they need large feet/paws so they can get over the snowy biomes they live in.
What do you think? :-)

This truly would be a wonderful addition, and I would love something like this, but unfortunately, without the source code, that Kovu took with him when he left, then we have no way of adding such wonderful ideas.

Sadly that is true but it's still nice to think of additions that would be cool for the game! :3

This would be great for rodent characters, or even dainty little females. :)
Thing with the bunny is that it would have all paws huge, not just the front. Unless you had to customize each paw.

T'is alright, floof. The thread isn't that old in my personal opinion.
There really isn't a reason as to why Kovu left. I don't think even the staff knows. He just packed his things and disappeared, most likely to get back to his daily life. As he left, he took the source code and as you see, not many major updates can be performed without the code.
My apologies for being off-topic, but when it comes to this thread itself, I actually like the idea. For instance, lion cubs have big paws for they haven't grown into them yet as well as the hare having big paws to get across it's biome with little to no problems is another example. This option would also spark more creativity and uniqueness to an individual's character and perhaps promote role-playing as other species. A good thought, all in all.

I actually heard in which was in a facebook post he had left FH and wont be updateing the game anymore and is working for a gaming company (I believe) and is also currently creating a game for facebook. I

It would be a nice addition, spark a lot of creativity. Sadly, as others have said, nothing within the game can be changed without the source code.
Since it's just a general idea and thought for discussion, yes, I'll admit I'd like to edit the pawsize of some of my characters, perhaps make one paw smaller than the rest xD ~ Just because I could. There are so many possibilities that could have effected the creativity of members but cannot be applied due to lack of Source code, it's heartbreaking ;-; -Weeps in a corner-

I have lingered in many different games he may return but this is merely my guess and it ain't set in stone.

I wouldn't have thought so since I doubt any others know what the source code looked like to begin with. Plus, even if it was possible to mimic and/or find the source code within the game, I think the staff would prefer not to find it as they don't have the game-owner's permission, even if they do have control over the rest of the game and site. Had Kovu given them permission before his departure, then maybe there would have been updates and such, but since he left and took the source code with him, I think everyone just took that as Kovu didn't want the game changed any further and so the game was left in its current state.
Not that the game's state is terrible, it just lacks some updates that some people may find a great addition to the game, such as custom paw size as the topic suggests. The game isn't in ruins without it though, so in my eyes, all is good and well. c: ~ I think we should just be grateful that Kovu didn't take the entire game down before he left.

And actually just today I was thinking how it would be cool to customize the size of paws. Some characters, like my lion character main, would be awesome to customize the paw size :3
I'd definitely like to make his paws larger. Or in the case of one of my lionesses, make them smaller. Great idea. :D

I've always found it adorable when I've seen dogs or pictures of random animals with huge paws. So I agree with the idea. Hurr, I'd make most of my chars have big paws if this is someday added. <3

I really love this idea, even if it isn't possible right now. ;v; I hope someday in the future we could have something like this added to the game! It opens up a lot for member creativity!
