This is my first attempt at an rp. :) Enjoy!
It is the year 2596, The earth's oceans are now populated by giant floating cites. Marine animals have been causing a problem to the colonies floating in the vast waters. A planet similar to earth has been located to move the sea animals and other land animals. Star Ship specially designed to carry the animals to the new planet, Uranus 7, nicknamed The West Star. Ship come regularly to deliver animals or transport humans to care and record their progress. The planet is mainly water but a few large islands are able to support eco-systems large enough for vast forest, frozen tundras, colorful rain forests, and large grasslands.
You choose, land or water, frozen or burning.
The five islands:
Serrepia: a forested island with a few cold spots. Suitable to wolves, caribou, bears, eagles, and dogs.
Ferrdora: A bright rain forest island filled with lush flowers, birds, leopards, snakes, fruit bats and many more tropical animals.
Gengor: A frozen place few dare to survive on, though under it's cold and harsh blizzards in it sea a giant community of sea life thrives.
Maepallia: A giant savanna full of life, a place closest to the old Africa decades ago. It is second closest to the equator next to Ferrdora.
Mayarie: The human island, similar to earth's human cites. Star ships constantly arrive to drop off cargo, humans, or animals. If an animal chooses to live here it would be the hardest to survive on.
Rules
All animals are accepted, though marine animals will be able to travel across the planet in a few months to any island. Land animals must stay on their island unless relocated by a ship. No power-playing/god-modding. Maximum of five characters. You may start rp on a star ship moving you to the new planet if you wish. Please no swearing. No powers, try to keep your animal realistic. All usual Feral Heart rules.

Personality: She is often curious of the humans and the star ship that brought her to the planet. She lives with no other orcas and was the only one of her pod that was captured.

Info on Species: It is a subspecies of the gray wolf

Family: None, he was a lone wolf on Earth
Appearance: He has rusty fur and a black tail which is unusual for a timber wolf. He has a paler underbelly and yellow eyes with flecks of orange.
Personality: He has the most common personality of a lone wolf, uncomfortable around other wolves, shy around humans, and a small disliking for packs.

Species: Miniature Bengal Tiger
Info on Species: A cloned breed of tiger. Scientists have yet to figure out the size for the clones. They are the size of a large domestic cat. Other than that they are basically tiny tigers. x3

Family: She has two brothers currently being tested on a space station orbiting Uranus 7.

Personality: An exited cat always chasing after something. Mina is very talkitive but she can't find any others that speak her language, just humans and cities. She has a disliking for water.

Species: Atlantic Bottlenose Dolphin
Gender: Male
Age: 2
Family: Doesn't know them. Split from them as a pup.
Appearance: (Photo)
Personality: Nekoda is young and rather immature. He loves playing and harassing schools of fish. He's extremely friendly, and will openly swim up to strangers, even creatures he's never seen before. He's rather brave and protective and always open for an opportunity to goof off. Though he's immature, he's extremely intelligent. He is very adventurous, and tends to get in trouble when his crave for adventure gets a hold of him.
Island Location: He tends to stay just off the coast of Ferrdora, but often travels to the warmer waters of Serrepia.

Angorra's great tail beat through the water to propel he forwards. A few schools of silver fish flashed by. They were hurried and didn't seem to stick together much. The fish must be newly imported. Opening he jaws she snapped at them but only caught one tiny fish in her mouth. The fish were too panicked to hunt right now. Maybe she might have better luck closer to Mayarie.
Changing her course she swam towards the human island full of flashes and many star ships floating down from the skies and leaving back up to them. Angorra was still a few hours off from the island borders. The scientists there were kind to her and fed her a few fish whenever she appeared. A tracking device on her dorsal fin beeped as she got closer. Maybe by nightfall she would reach the island.

The young Bottlenose clicked happily to himself, swimming quickly to the bottom of the shallows, then instantly veering upwards, shooting vertically towards the surface. At full speed, Nekoda burst through the clear water, arching his body as its full length flew out of the ocean. Clicking his jaws together, he nose dived back into the sea. Though he was alone, unusual for a dolphin, he had ways of entertaining his easily amused mind.
Doing a couple playful barrel rolls through the water, the small male pumped his tail slower, slowing his momentum to a gentle swim. Now that his quick outburst was over, he sloshed to the right, slowly making for a small reef not too far from the southern shore of Ferrdora. Slowly drifting between the coral and sea fans, he nosed around in small crevices between rocks occasionally. Not to hunt, but to quench curiosity.

It was starting to darken by the island of Mayarie. The sun was burning down to and orange. It was a younger sun than Sol. (Our sun. x3) Lifting her head out of the water, light reflected into her small eyes. Diving back below the water she swam on, exited about her soon treat from the humans. The ocean had started to turn into a black liquid as the sun seeped over the horizon. The lights started to glow in the colony. Angorra thought it was beautiful underwater.
Sticking her head out of the water again she breathed through her blowhole sending a mist of water up high like a geyser. Swimming over to a bridge she knew it belonged to the scientists. A few humans watched her. Then they threw out something into the water. It was like a floating ball that smelled like food and made noise like the voices of her kind. They pulled it and Angorra followed, her tracking device beeping constantly and loudly.
The lure floated into a large cage. Piles of fish lay inside it but the orca didn't like the look of it. It was similar to the one that had brought her to The West Star. Hesitating she swam in slowly. Once her great mouth was opening to snap up the fish a door clanged behind her. Shrieking in surprise she turned to try and escape but banged into a wall. Something clanged on the out side. The water inside the cage began to swish. She was being moved by a ship, for the second time in her life.

Pumping his tail again, Nekoda swiftly darted to the surface, surfacing only his top half to blow some air from his blow hole. Arching back downwards, he spiraled a bit back down to the barely thriving reef. Swimming low, he glanced back and forth, this time searching for something edible. A silver glare flashed before him, and he instinctively dashed after it, gaining on the small fish quickly. Clamping his needle-like teeth down on the wriggling fish, he quickly chomped it back and swallowed, whistling in satisfaction.

Name: Wyretta
Species: Giant Weta
Info on Species if not widely known: The Weta is a largest insect native to New Zealand. It resembles a brown cricket with large and spiny back legs used to give a nasty kick. They can be up to 10cm long and weigh 35 g. They eat flowers, leaves and fruit. If you want to see what it looks like, you might want to google it. My computer spazzes out when I try to post pictures on any site.
Gender: Female
Age: 1 (max lifespan is 5)
Family: 50 other siblings, but most have been eaten by predators
Appearance: She is an adult weta. She is solid Brown, with long, spiny back legs. Her other legs are spindly but can support her. Her antennae are very long, almost as long as her body itself, which is 10cm. There is a dot of white on her head which makes her stand out from other wetas. She has two large Simple Eyes(insect term) near the middle of her oval-shaped head. She has never seen any creature before, because her eyes can only tell between day and night. She can learn what animal species you are through her antennae. Because she moves a bit slow on her own, she needs to be carried by bigger creatures.
Personality: Gentle, caring, trusts others a little too much

Blue lights flashed on at the ceiling of the Marine Transport carrier. It was half full with salt water. Sadly whistling the confused orca swam in small circles of the enclosed space. The fish were still there. Swimming down they tasted different from wild fish. They were cold and frozen. Some started to thaw and she ate the warmest ones. Sticking her head out of the water again Angorra looked around the space. The water swished back and forth and her with it. She floated as the ship moved higher.
It wasn't a star ship, just one for relocating. The orca was successfully lured into it. There was no windows in the container, just the water, lights, Angorra, and the frozen fish laying in a head at the far end. Maybe they were going to move her anyways, the tracking device started to beep more slowly as they got farther from Mayarie.

Personality: Amise is outgoing, willing to take risks. She can be a little stubborn at times with a attitude towards you. She is distracted easily, but her loyalty towards you is strong. Otherwise, Amise can be understanding and gentle towards you.
Island/Location: She was captured and shipped to a rain forest, also known as the Ferrdora.

She stopped swimming in circles and was suddenly tired. She was stressed and confused why they would want to move her. Resting she kept her blowhole above the water. Soon she was sleeping but with one eye open, to keep watch if anything new happened. Angorra's body swished with the water as the ship carried her hundreds of feet over the air with her as it's cargo.

Perched between the petals of a golden flower, the giant weta Wyretta clutched a seedhead between her two front legs. She nibbled at her tiny meal while her antennae swept the flower around her, watching for danger. The tropical forest around her was alive with rumbles and chirps, which were intensified to insect ears.

Amise padded through the forest, her pelt warmed by the sun. Pausing to sniff at the bushes, she let out a sigh. Most of the prey were hiding today due to the sweltering weather. Glaring at the sky, Amise bounded forward, her tail twitching as she halted to lap at the tiny droplets at the leaves. As she bent over flower, she noticed that a tiny object was resting on it. Frowning, Amise bent down to inspect it. "Oh my." She murmured, realizing that it was a creature. Deciding not to bother it anymore, she left the flower and headed towards the bushes, feeling much better as the thick trees blocked out the sun.

Wyretta continued to chew her seed, until her antennae picked up the presence of a...GIANT SNOUT? She screamed and made a very loud chirping sound, dropping her precious food. But before she could lift her hind legs and kick, it was gone, with a whoosh of air to mark its passing.
What in the world was that? thought Wyretta, dangling off the petals of the flower..

Angorra woke, she thought she was back in the waters of Mayarie but she was in the container still. Getting bored with the swish of water she started to swim in circles again. Then a bang echoed through the space, followed by a splash. Were they back in water? The door opened and let in a giant whoosh of cold air. Diving back under the water for warmth she whistled with fear.
The cage started to lurch forward, making her slide out into the cold water. Flailing she screamed back to the ship, watching it leave. She was in a place full of cold and giant floating icebergs. Whenever she tried to slip her mouth out of the water it was buffeted by cold winds. Her tracking device beeped slower and duller than ever.

Angorra whistled in sadness as she floated underwater near the surface. It was very cold here. Why had they relocated her? Was she not where she was supposed to be? Her tracking device still beeped slowly. Deciding to swim in a dirrection she swam for a few miles. After a few hours she noticed her tracker started to beeped faster. Maybe the closer she got to Mayarie it would beep faster! Speeding off in the same direction she planned to travel back to Mayarie.
Moath trotted through the Earth's forests. He was scouting. A few hours back he detected a nearby wolf pack. He planned to avoid it because it smelled of many wolves. The lone wolf kept walking. A star ship flew over him, heading back to the pack. He knew some of the wolves were disappearing after a star ship appeared. He guessed it was heading for the wolf pack he scented earlier.
As a sudden shadow rested over him he looked up in horror to find it floating over him. Gasping he broke into a run and fled, only to be caught by a net that was shot from the star ship. Shrieking he flailed, trying to get out. Some humans came down and poked something into his fur, then his skin. Moath tried to howl in pain but he was soon sleeping, unaware of the humans bringing him back up to the star ship.

Species: Spotted Hyena

Family: Imani(Mother, deceased.), Sahara(Sister, Split up from.)
Appearance: Typical hyena look, only smaller in stature and rather scrawny for his age.
Personality: Saka is pretty care free and happy-go-lucky. He has a great sense of humor, in fact, finding joy in the simplest things. He tends to not take anything seriously, and is always the first to crack a joke. He enjoys pestering other animals for kicks and causing trouble.
Location: Born on the plains of Maepallia and now roams them alone, hoping to stumble across another hyena clan.

Name: Shadow(Creative, huh?)
Species: Black Leopard
Gender: Male
Age: 3
Family: Left them
Appearance: Shadow is just like any other leopard, only his skin has a pigment disorder, making his pelt a black color. His typical leopard spots are still visible despite his dark coat.
Personality: Shadow is rather elusive. He avoids other leopards as much as he can simply because as a cub he was often picked on by the others for his odd coat color. Keeping to himself, he usually lounges about in the canopy trees and is pretty lazy. He is unwelcoming to strangers at first, but quickly warms up to them.
Location: Stalks the plentiful lush jungles of Ferrdora.

The orca drifted around the frozen waters, her skin feeling frozen. When hunger felt it's way to her she decided to look around. Maybe they relocated her north? It was similar to when she lived back on Earth with her mother. She planned on resting from her journey back to Mayarie. Submerging deeper she looked around sunken icebergs and giant Pillars of ice. A purple star fish slowly moved away. Quickly she snapped it up.
Moath's vision was blurry. Groaning his stomach was on a hard cold surface. A low rumble came from the outside of his prison. He was in a small room with metallic walls and floors. A few other wolf pelts lay in a heap. They smelled similar to the pack he smelled a few hours ago. Wait, how long was a few hours ago? Had it been days? The dull rumble blew out into a deafening roar. Howling in fear he collapsed on the ground as tremors shook the room

Nekoda blew a couple bubble rings through his blowhole, clicking with glee as he watched them drift to the surface. Before the bubble ring got too far up in the water, the young dolphin shot upward beak first. Darting through the fragile ring at high speed, his body naturally shot out of the water afterward. Nekoda grinned and squeaked a bit as he dove through the air again and back down to the water. Life here seemed to be easy and entertaining for him at the moment.
Saka lumbered through the dry plain, head swinging low with each stiff legged step. He gave his head and short mane tuft a quick shake and ran his tongue over his dry nose. A fierce snarling sound made his rounded ears perk. Quickly trotting around the bend, he came to a halt in front of two lionesses fighting over a newly imported impala carcass. With a smirk and a mischievous high pitched snicker, the spotted hyena lowered himself to the ground and confidently stalked over.
The Leopard stood atop a thick tree branch, intently eyeing the young okapi a few feet below. The tip of the enormous feline's tail twitched in anticipation as his golden hued optics locked onto the young beast. Patiently, Shadow waited until the lone creature, rapidly glancing around and bleating for its obviously separated mother, was just below his branch. With a hissing roar, he sprang swiftly off the bark, claws unsheathed. Before the baby okapi had a chance to scramble away, the leopard's large forepaws were upon it. With his obviously greater body weight, Shadow had no trouble in tackling the young hoofed animal to the muddy forest floor. The okapi thrashed its zebra-striped legs and let out a cry of distress that was quickly choked off by Shadow's fierce kill-bite on its small throat.

The orca turned around a corner and her eyes widened. It was a vast coral reef full of various sea life, all under the ice. Whistling with glee she quickly went into the schools of fish and started to eat up tens of fish at a time. Angorra thought, Maybe I should stay here... But didn't hold onto the idea for long. Her heart was set firmly on Mayarie.
The timber wolf's ear soon perked up again. The rumbling had stopped. Opening one golden eye he lifted his head. It was as calm as ever. One of the other wolves started to lift to it's paws. Moath growled in fear it would attack him. It's eyes were blurry and confused as well. Deciding to let it clamber to it's feet he rested down again and tried to calm down his furiously beating heart.

Black eyes peered over the tree trunk as Amise rested on it. Her long tail swayed slowly underneath her, and her claws dug in into the bark. Her ears perked as she heard a loud shriek, before it faded into silence. Curious, Amise lifted her head in attempt to survey the forest, but the tree was too short and most of the leaves covered the area. Irritated, Amise leaped down from the tree and began to swivel her ears towards where the shriek had came from. Her eyes brightened as she scented the fresh scent of blood. Licking her lips hungry, she followed the scent without hesitating, her paws thudding against the forest ground. As she halted to a stop to push away the bushes's leaves, she spotted a dark figure hunched over a limp body. Tasting the air again, she realized that it was a male leopard who had killed an okapi, unless he had fought over it. Flicking her tail with disappointment, she quickly hustled out of the bushes and began to retreat back to her old tree.

Slowly, Wyretta clambered back on top of the golden flower. "What a waste!" she complained to herself, rubbing her mandibles together. "A perfectly good seed and I only get a few bites in!" She cried, if insects could cry, tucking her long antennae beneath her.
Foolish weta. Her chatter attracted a greenish-brown lizard, which had been seeking a meal as well as a place to escape the heat. With her Antennae tucked beneath her, Wyretta was unable to detect the predator's approach until it was too late...

Nekoda surfaced again to blow a misty spray from his blowhole and breathe. Clapping his tail with a slap against the water's surface, he dove back down again. Drifting lazily with the current, he let out a subtle sigh of loneliness. He couldn't even remember the last time he'd seen another of his kind.
The scrapping lionesses, glanced around to notice the cocky hyena yearling trotting up to the kill. Saka giggled bravely and immediately tore off a piece of meat. One of them let out a threatening roar and immediately went after him, swatting her enormous paw at him. The hyena ducked and scrabbled backwards, turning and dashing off giggling. The lioness chased after him for a short distance, then stopped and turned back towards their kill. Saka continued loping off, giggling to himself with the small slip of meat in his jaws. He didn't steal because he was hungry. He simply wanted something to do.
Shadow growled contently, crouching over the dead okapi and ripping into its belly area. His tail thrashed back and forth as he pulled meat from the carcass' ribcage, eating neatly. A subtle brushing noise made his ear twitch. Raising his head, he ran his rough tongue over his bloody maw and surveyed his surroundings. The scent of another leopard made him draw back his lips, but as the scent faded, he slowly returned to eating, this time slower and more cautious and aware.

Like a slingstone shooting from a sling, the lizard struck. Had it posessed a sticky tongue, Wyretta's life would have ended there and then. Instead, it caught the petals of the flower, destroying the golden bloom and flinging the weta into the tangle of ground plants. Quickly, it let go of the flower and lunged at Wyretta again. This time the weta's antennae felt the rush, and she sprang to the side as the reptile's snout crushed the earth beside her. Before the lizard could recover, Wyretta sent a well-aimed kick to its eye, damaging the delicate cornea.
The weta knew she was fighting for her life. The lizard snapped again, she dodged and retaliated, but she knew she'd run out of energy and the lizard would win in the end. She kicked again, raking her assailant's snout, then emitted a loud buzzing sound she hoped would scare him away. It was also her distress beacon. She hoped that a bigger creature could come along and kill the lizard, if only they could hear it.

Amise padded along, her tail dragging out behind her. Her stomach let out a growl of hunger as she shook out her pelt. Her ears swiveled towards a soft rustle in the bushes, and she immediately crouched down. A tiny nose stuck out as long whiskers trembled in the air, but the nose could be only seen. Amise's eyes narrowed as she determinedly slithered towards the bushes. Keeping her tail flat, she struck out a paw to stun her prey, but a loud bird call erupted from the trees, and a toucan burst out from its hiding spot. At that moment, the nose froze, before darting away into its safe shelter. Letting out a hiss of irritation, Amise continued forward, her eyes gleaming as she spotted a lizard not far off. It seemed to be attacking its prey, but to the leopard's surprise, a giant Weta bug was defending itself from the lizard. Amise wondered if she should leave the two alone, but she remembered that the lizard could be edible towards her, although it might taste horrible. Shrugging, the leopard lunged out from the bushes, clamping her paws around the lizard's body as her claws dug deep into the scaly skin. Before the lizard could react, Amise wrestled it to the ground, letting her claws pierce the tender skin of it. After she watched the lizard struggle its last, she left it alone, satisfaction flickering through her. Shaking out her pelt, Amise bent down and gave the dead lizard a sniff. Wrinkling her nose, she flicked it aside, uninterested as she turned to leave.

There was a whoosh again, and Wyretta felt a great pair of paws slam into the lizard. It looked at her with betrayal, as if she was responsible for its demise. Wyretta hopped back beneath a leaf, and her antennae tucked beneath her again in fear. She was unable to sense what happened next, but she knew at the end of it the lizard was dead. His killer sniffed at the body, that Wyretta could tell, but the weta could not hear the crunching sounds that suggested eating. Would the bigger beast eat her instead? Wyretta, too grateful and relieved to consider this, chirped, "Oh, thank you! Thank you, Owner of the Great Paws!"

Amise turned to hear a bunch of chirping, and she flicked her ragged ear. "Tit for that," she replied, dipping her head before padding forward, kicking the body of the dead lizard away. Heading towards the bushes, her eyes gleamed again as she spotted a tail slither into the grass. Darting forward, Amise cut off its escape before swiftly bending down to snap its neck. Thrusting it aside, she peered at the body she had killed. Giving it a doubtful sniff, she frowned. A mouse.
"Strange," she mused. "I'd never seen a mouse here before. Or I didn't pay attention to it." She shrugged and gobbled down the mouse in one gulp, her hunger satisfied. Flicking her tail, she coughed out the bones, shaking out her pelt. Blinking, she bounded away into the bushes.

Wyretta felt the thunder of paws as the greater beast approached, antennae twitching in excitement. She hoped that the big cat had heard her, and could perhaps converse with her more. Wyretta had always had a fascination with large mammals. She wondered what it felt like to ride nestled in their fur. If only she had a larger creature as an ally, the predators would never bother her again.
So when the great beast moved away, the weta looked up, dismay in her sightless eyes. "Wait! Please come back!" she cried, but the thundering sounds receded into the distance. She gnashed her mandibles together, frustrated. Was her voice so tiny that no creature could understand her words?

Amise paused for a moment, her ears straining as she heard the Weta bug's devastated chirp. The leopard shook her head, unsure if she heard correctly. Maybe it's just another bug or something, Amise thought, about to return to her tree. But something nagged at her, and she turned to pad back at the bug. "Did you say something?" she inquired, feeling foolish to even think some little insect could understand her.

To Wyretta's surprise, her knee-ears picked up a voice - a rather loud voice, asking if she had spoken. Elated, she replied in her clearest chirp possible: "I did! Who are you?" Feeling her way to a sturdy stem, she climbed her way up so whoever she was communicating with could spot her.

"Oh my." Was all Amise could say. She stared at the giant bug, disbelief in her eyes. "You can understand me?" she murmured. Lost in thought for a moment, she remembered that the Weta bug had asked a question. "Oh. Amise's the name." She replied, still stunned by the weta bug. "You're fairly large for a an insect." The leopard pointed out the obvious, flicking her tail. "How long has your kind been around?"

Wyretta nodded vigorously, her long, slender antennae waving like ribbons. "Oh, yes yes yes," she squeaked. "Insects have always been able to understand the greater beasts. My name is Wyretta the weta. We've been around for thousands of years, but the birds and lizards are always picking on us. We are always hiding." The weta stalked forward, searching for Amise's paws. "Pardon me for asking, but what kind of creature are you?"

The leopard struggled to keep up with the Weta bug as it rambled on, its squeaky voice bubbling in the air. "Wyretta the weta." Amise repeated, letting it bathe her tongue. She tipped her head to one side when Wyratte asked what type of creature she was. "An Amur leopard. I don't believe you've ever seen us around here; I was actually shipped here for some reason. Humans, you know? Doing weird things everyday." Amise replied, gently removing her paws from the bug's grip. "I'm sorry I didn't ask before, but...are you okay? I mean, you know, with the lizard and all."

"Oh, I'm quite alright. A bit shaken if nothing else." Wyretta continued to crawl around, searching for Amise's paw again. "Don't worry, I will not bite you. I am virtually blind, I would just like to feel you with my antennae. It'll help me picture what you look like in my mind. And what is a you-man?" she added, trying to sound out the strange word.

"You-man?" Amise repeated again, shaking her head. "They're these strange creature that walk on two legs. Can you believe that? Almost like birds, only that they can't fly. They can only walk, and they move around with some ridiculous objects that are bigger than them. They almost look like monsters, whatever they are." She replied, holding her paw steady as the insect crawled around her. "Heh. That tickles." She muttered, flicking her ear again. "And by the way, it's pronounced "hu-man"." Amise corrected. "They seem to rule the world somehow, I've heard they shoot animals for fun." The leopard shook her head again. "Them idiots. Soon, they'll have no more of us around if they continue to kill us like that." The soft chirps of the birds filled Amise's ears as she watched Wyretta. She wasn't about to expect a giant insect like Wyretta to appear in her life, but at least they had grown quiet comfortable with each other. "So, what about you? Where's your family and all?" She asked, curious.

"They sound awfully frightening." whispered Wyretta as she swept her antennae across Amise's paws, and worked up toward her powerful legs. "Wow, you're very tall," she stated before answering the leopard's question. "An insect never meets its mom or dad, and only sees its siblings briefly before setting out on its own. There were at least fifty others in my brood, but I don't know where they are now."
Wyretta began to climb up Amise's right foreleg, hooking her claws on the edge of her fur so that the leopard would not feel any pain.

Swimming through the ice shelves after she had explored the hidden reef Angorra felt around to see if anything else interesting lived here. She only found more ice tunnels and very large icicles ten times larger than her own body. Turning her direction she swam the way her tracker directed her. After half an hour of swimming the ice stopped. No more ice seemed to go this far. It meant she was going to warmer waters. Sticking her head above the water a few seagulls went back to the frozen island of ice and blizzards. Clouds roamed off in the direction of the island as well.
Moath's breathing was slow. He had been resting for a few hours, trying to relax his instincts going crazy. They were too confused to guide him in this situation. Sighing, a small box opened up in the wall. A dish of raw deer meat was dripping tasty liquid inside. All the other wolves in the opposite corner quickly ran to it and formed a mass of pelts fighting over the food. Sliding a little away he watched them feast.

Floating to a rest in between a couple rocks on the reef, Nekoda wedged himself in sleepily. Bobbing motionless in the gentle current, he watched the life passing by before him, and quickly drifted off to sleep, one eye still open naturally for danger.
Saka glanced over his shoulder, grinning as he realized the lionesses had given up their pursuit. Slowing his short legs to a trot, he plopped down to his haunches in cover of the tall grass and dropped the large strip of meat. Immediately, he jerked his head up and burst into hysterical laughter at the mischief he had caused, always finding entertaining himself coming easily. Glancing down at the meat, he shrugged. Eh, might as well eat. He convinced himself, slouching down to sloppily down the chunk of hide.
Shadow flicked his tail, remembering the safest place to consume his meal was in his tree. Latching onto the baby okapi's still intact hind thigh, the black leopard began to drag it through the mud towards his tree. A nearby conversation caught his attention. With a quiet growl, he quickly heaved the carcass up the tree with him and set it on the thick upper limb. Meat now stored safely, he turned around and leaped swiftly to the opposite branch, creeping across it quietly until far below, anoother leopard became visible. Narrowing his eyes, Shadow watched, flicking his ear as he realized what it was talking to. "Speaking to an insect? How ridiculous!" He hissed to himself, rather in amusement. He couldn't help but chuckle quietly at the thought.

Personality: Swift has the characteristic personality of a dolphin. She is playful, curious and shy at the same time. She is always up for a laugh, and can be quite a show off. If she is ever in any danger, she will always take the safer or smarter option. But, she will always be there for her friends when they need it. Living up to her name, Swift is very agile and fast, a great advantage and something to be proud of.
Island/Location: She tends to swim around the waters of Ferrdora, but often explores other areas.

Wyretta stopped talking when she reached Amise's shoulder, and nestled herself in the ridge of fur between the leopard's shoulders. Her antennae continued to feel around. To ride up here would feel so comfortable, thought the weta, but she would not tell that to Amise.

The two lapsed into an awkward silence as Amise felt Wyretta snuggle into the patch of fur on her shoulder. Glancing around, she began to survey the area, wondering what it would be like to live a tiny life like Wyretta. Closing her eyes, she tried to image the sorts of dangers in the insect's life, but all she could think of was that mouse she ate. Shaking her head, she almost knocked Wyretta off of her shoulder, but she jerked away just in time before she even brushed the insect. At least she's blind. The leopard thought gratefully. Her tail twitched as she felt her pelt warm under the gaze of a creature, and she immediately glanced up. Her eyes narrowed as she tried to search around the forest, but the sun's glare blinded her, forcing her to look away. "There's somebody watching us." She murmured to Wyretta, her paws shifting uncomfortably. Tasting the air, neck fur bristled as she recognized the familiar scent of the male leopard she had encountered earlier. " - it." She muttered, glaring up at the trees. Her eyes drifted towards a dark shadow on the tree, but she wasn't quite sure if it was the creature, so she glanced away, uncertainty gleaming in her eyes.

"Who is it?" Wyretta whispered, fearful as any insect would be. Her antennae moved in even wider arcs than before.

Shadow narrowed his eyes at the female leopard as she began to glance around. His muscles flinched when she glanced up, and he desperately hoped his black pelt would make him hard to see. As she glanced away, he quickly sprang around, claws clinging to the branch beneath him with each stride. Leaping back over to the opposite branch where his okapi kill was still dangling, he halted there, lashing his tail. God, I hope she didn't notice me. He thought, shooting a glance over his shoulder.
Saka licked the blood from his dark maw, tapping his short tail against the dried grass beneath him. Suddenly, the loud clanging of metal against the earth nearby made him jerk his head up, rounded ears craned forward on his cranium. Curiously, he rose to his paws and padded through the brush. Peeking out of a dry bush, he watched in awe as the familiar looking two-legged beasts moved around a large metal crate attached by a large chain to a large hovering ship above it. The hyena licked his maw and watched intently. The two-leggeds talked to each other, then unhooked the top of the crate's hatch. The large metal door flung down onto the ground with a loud echoing thud. Saka shifted his weight from forepaw to forepaw as he observed the crate's contents from afar.

Amise eyes widened as she caught movement out of the corner of her eye. "There!" she hissed to Wyretta, seeing a dark figure swiftly bound away from tree to tree. "Let's go follow it." Scrambling onto her paws, she allowed the weta bug to nestle in her shoulder as she bounded forward, scurrying up the tree which the figure was on. Sniffing it, she wrinkled her nose. "Male leopard." She muttered, following the scent as she leaped towards the strongest scent. Amise hoped the Wyretta was still on her shoulder; if the bug fell there would be no way she could find it. Tasting the air again, her ears perked as she scented the dead scent of okapi. Is it the same male?...
As she neared, she halted to a stop as she spotted the male leopard glancing over his shoulder, worry in his eyes. Panting, Amise stared back, wondering why she had even followed him. Breathless, she remained silent as she inspected the other leopard, surprised that there would be another one here. "Uh..." she stuttered, trying to glance at her shoulder for Wyretta.

Shadow flattened his ears in surprise at the female's presence. Immediately, he tensed into defense mode and spun around to face her, head low and claws unsheathed. "Who, are you?" He spat, his whiskers twitching as he exposed his savage canines in a growling hiss, tail lashing to and fro. He stood stiffly on the branch over his kill, ready to fight for it if needed.

"Whoa." Amise backed up, glancing at Wyretta then at the male. Deciding to defend herself as well, she let out a hiss and bared her teeth, unsheathing her claws as she glared at the leopard. Trying to think of something to say, she gestured at the limp okapi. "If you're wondering, I'm not here for you stupid kill." She replied harshly, her tail lashing as she spoke. Blinking, she suddenly sheathed her claws and flicked her ragged her, staring at the male. "Why were you spying on us?" she asked quietly, not wanting to stir up any more trouble.

Noticing she had sheathed her claws and backed out of an aggressive posture, Shadow lightened up a bit, but still remained defensive. "Spying?" He repeated, raising his head a bit and narrowing his eyes at the female. "I wasn't spying." He hissed, sheathing his hooked claws. "I heard voices nearby, so I decided I would check it out." The black leopard replied in a calm tone, eyeing the insect perched on the spotted female's shoulder.

Amise let out a snort. "As if." She muttered, glaring at the male. Her pelt felt warm again as the leopard stared at the bug on her shoulder. She glanced down at Wyretta, wondering how the bug was feeling. "You probably think I'm crazy talking to a bug." The Amur leopard murmured, glancing away. "Well, I just came because I wanted to see who was spying or whatever on us, but I guess I found my answer." Amise told him, dipping her head shyly. "It's best if we get going..." She muttered, turning away to leave.

Shadow huffed out a chuckle at the female's remark about the bug. "Chyeah, a little bit." He said through his chuckling, straightening up. He ducked his head again when she spoke. "Heh. Yeah." He responded with a sharp, but quiet hiss, lowering a brow at her.

The leopard paused for a moment, before turning around, her whiskers twitching. "Amise's the name." She told the male, before bounding off. Their "conversation" didn't seem complete until she introduced herself. Returning back to where Wyretta and Amise where, she crouched down beside the flower and blinked at the bug. "We should be going too, if that's alright." She told Wyretta. "Is this your shelter?" Amise asked.

The male glanced down for a second in hesitation. "Shadow." He simply responded before the other leopard bounded off. Letting out a quiet huff, he lowered himself down to his haunches, watching until the female, now known as Amise, was out of sight. Lowering himself to his belly in front of his limp kill.

Wyretta shivered in Amise's fur. She'd smelled the other cat, and, faintly, the prey. Both made her tiny heart thump faster. She squeaked loudly.

Angorra was swimming for a few hours, it was beginning to become dark above the water. As the red sun slipped over the gentle waves at the horizon stars began to appear. They were different than on Earth. Different constellations that needed names. Her gravitational field also worked differently here. It was hard to tell if she was at the bottom of the planet or the top. Uranus 7 was smaller than Earth but had similar gravity. A suitable place to move the animals. Bees were one thing that the humans had too keep on Earth, as well as a few other animals. Though giant space stations kept some animals that Earth needed in the future. All of them frozen in a endless sleep until woken up.
Moath's pelt started to have dew drops appear on his fur. They sank onto his skin, freezing him. So many were covering him he began to shiver. Looking at the other wolves they had the same dew, more like a blanket of freezing water. Soon the cold was too much. Falling down his body began to slow. This was a way of calming animals when in space travel. Humans don't use it anymore but animals need to calm down so they won't die of fear or stress.

Swift flicked her tail lazily, she watched silently as huge shoals of fish swam by, their scales shining in the moonlight above the surface. She shot through the largest shoal, letting out teasing clicks and whistles. She darted around in the water, leaving grumbling marine life to reassemble themselves. Her tail swished up and down in a strong motion, sending her spiralling up to the surface. She took a deep breath of air as she flew through the air, briefly closing her eyes before landing safely back in the water.

Soon the sun had set again where she was swimming. Looking around for food again she was far from the island. Diving down she searched for a possible meal down in the dark waters. Barely making it out, a large rock pierced out in the darkness. A few fish were looking for a little crack to sleep it or hide form predators. A fat tuna suddenly swam in front of her. Swiftly snapping at it her jaws locked onto it and she swallowed the struggling fish.
The timber wolf's heart began to beat faster. His blood began to warm. His blurry eyes opened up again to find he was not in the metal room anymore. But in a smaller room with some rocks with moss and a tiny stream. It still had metal walls but it was more comfortable than where he was before. Moath's stomach grumbled. Looking around he spotted a dish like before. Rushing up to it he devoured it contents.

Species: Thylacine (Or Tasmanian Tiger.)
Species Info: Native to Australia, thylacines are dog-like animals about the height of a German Shepherd. While often mistaken as part of the canine family, they are actually marsupials, both genders having a pouch like a kangaroo. It was able to stand on its hind legs in a kangaroo-like stance for a brief period of time, and had a long, rigid tail used for balance. It had the ability to open its jaws wider than any other known mammal and had many tiger-like stripes on its hindquarters. The stripe number varied by the individual's age. Younger animals have more stripes. Slow speed, but great endurance. Hunted by either ambush or chasing the animal until it collapsed from exhaustion. Usually nocturnal hunters.(Blam. Personality: Manoah is fun-loving, yet skittish. He is rather fearful of strangers, and is quick to go on the defensive. Though he prefers not to fight, he will if cornered or threatened or when protecting someone else, even a stranger. He's humble and shy, yet friendly.
Island: Recently transported to Maepallia, the environment closest to its native Australian scrub.
Extra: Many years ago, in an attempt at reviving the wrongly extinct species, scientists used known Thylacine DNA to produce clones.(Which they really are trying to do right now!) After many more years of perfecting the prototypes, they finally came up with a living specimen. Using DNA from a deceased male specimen, they cloned the original a mate successfully. Not wanting human kind to falter this newly revived species like they did so long ago, the scientists immediately made the decision to ship them off to Uranus 7. The two cloned thylacines were one of the first experimental creatures to be found on the newly discovered planet and from there, they reproduced to produce the growing thylacine population on Uranus 7 now.

Nekoda woke from his light slumber by the sound of rain dripping on the water's surface above. Wriggling his frame from between the two rocks, the bottlenose dolphin slowly pumped his tail to drift up to the surface. Sitting vertical in the water, he poked his head out and blew a misty spray from his blowhole, staring up at the sky as the rain fell. It was an odd phenominon that he'd never really seen much of, and it interested him. "Where is all this water coming from?" The young dolphin thought to himself, staring at the leaking sky. "Hmm, that must be an ocean, too. I wonder what's making it leak?" He thought, eyeing the greyish blue sky above. Shrugging, he dove back down into the real ocean, swimming back down to his reef home.
Shadow crouched on the branch just behind the body of the baby okapi. Lightly holding its body down with one wide forepaw, he began running his coarse tongue over its side, stripping away fur with every swipe.
Saka flattened his large ears against his cranium, squinting to see what lay inside the dark crate. He knew it had to be an animal, the two-leggeds have been moving more animals here quite often recently. The wide variety of life on this island was all pretty familiar to the spotted hyena, and he could easily identify most of them by now, however, what stalked out of this crate took him completely by surprise. A small, strange looking creature with many zebra-like stripes on its back and rump cautiously stepped out of the large metal crate. what is that? Saka thought to himself, watching as the two-leggeds began to pack up and enter the ship again, leaving the abandoned creature as quickly as they came. He waited until the two-leggeds had gone, then strutted confidently over to the animal with curiosity flooding his mind.
Manoah flattened his semi-rounded ears against his skull, ducking his bulky head as he stepped out of the metal crate into the sunlight. He flinched and hopped into the air with surprise as the humans slammed the metal crate door closed behind him, scrambling away a few strides, then stopping. The thylacine had been familiar with humans his whole life, the odd creatures basically raising him, so he knew he could trust them. As the ship began to hover higher off the ground, Manoah trotted under it, staring up longingly as it began to leave. He let out a quiet whine, then sighed, looking down. As he stiffly turned around, a strange creature that suddenly appeared in front of him made him freeze. He stared wide-eyed at the animal, unsure of whether to stay or run.

Kikji blinked as she watched the new wolf with interest. She excepted him to be fierce and snarl at every wolf, but he seemed frightened. Confused about his behavior, Kikji tipped her head to one side, but her thoughts were interrupted when a creature's paw slipped into their cage and shoved them some bloody meat. Remembering that she was hunger, she glanced around, watching the pelts of wolves blend in as they crowded around the meat, snarling and spitting at each other. The ripping of the meat could be heard as they fought about it. When they were busy quarreling, Kikji slipped away from her spot and quickly tore some away, darting back to her place as she shook out her pelt. When she glanced at the male, he still didn't move but instead crept away. Feeling sorry for the Timber wolf, Kikji cautiously approached the male, hanging her head to make herself look less of a threat. Without a word, she stripped a large chunk of her meat and nudged it towards him, the blood from it staining her muzzle. After that, she quickly retreated to her own spot, not glancing up to look at the wolf as she began to nibble at her own meal.

Swimming back to the surface the orca let herself drift in the current. Angorra let it swing her into a gentle sleep. Uranus 7's moon let a nice light, illuminating the ocean a little. It was a haze under water. The water had become slightly warmer as Angorra drifted more.
Gasping as he woke up he saw a pale wolf nibbling at a slice of meat. Looking down he saw one piece there for him. Gnawing at it he watched the other wolf with caution. How long had he been asleep. Was the freezing and the cage with plants and water in it had been only a dream? Glancing back over to the other wolves most of them had finished their fill and were half asleep. Moath's stomach felt full again, even though he didn't eat much.
Mina's paws tread over the road. She had a collar that the humans put on her whenever she left their building. The tiny tiger didn't think she needed it. She scratched at it all the time. She was let out of the building about for an hour each day. Never at night was she left out and didn't see the stars. Her brothers probably saw them all the time. Every once in awhile they were allowed to come and visit her down on the planet.

After the awkward silence of a tense stare-down between the two creatures, Saka, the spotted hyena finally spoke up. "Uhh, 'scuse me for askin', but- what are you, exactly?" He inquired, tipping his head to the side and standing straight.
Manoah blinked, eyeing over the creature. The stranger had a head almost like his own, only with smaller eyes and a shorter, wider muzzle. Could this thing be some sort of mix between my species and another? The thylacine wondered. The other creature's words shook him from his train of thought. "I- Uh-" He stammered, taking an unsure step backwards. "I'm a Thylacine." He finally responded, flicking his kangaroo-like tail behind him. He was one of the first Thylacines to be relocated to this island, as the humans first introduced the species to the more forested area, but quickly realized their mistake and though the species had easily adjusted to the surroundings, they had slowly begun to move individuals to the island more suited to their natural habitat. "And what are you, then?" Manoah added, tilting his oversized head in curiosity. This stranger didn't seem to be dangerous, in fact, it was pretty friendly.
Saka narrowed his eyes at the Tasmanian Tiger, flicking his short tail. "A Thy-lacine?" He repeated, eyes raking the earth for a moment before bringing his gaze back up at the small marsupial. "Nope, never heard of it." He yipped with a smirk, shrugging. He perked his ears as the striped creature spoke again. "Me? Oh, I'm a hyena!" Saka responded with a gleeful laugh.
Shadow, meanwhile had begun to eat, now that the annoying hair was stripped from the carcass body. In no time, there was little more than a few bones and blood stain left on the wide branch. Licking blood from his maw, the leopard straightened to his feet. Swiping some bones from the tree branch, he clung his hooked claws into the bark of the trunk of the tree, scrambling down and then leaping onto the muddy forest floor.

Letting out a yawn, Kikji rubbed her nose with her paw, glancing around. The male wolf was still asleep, the sliver of meat still untouched as it rested by his muzzle. Sitting up, she casually scratched her side with her hind paw, something itchy nagging her fur. After picking at her side with her teeth for a while, she glanced around again, surveying the room. Most of the wolves were still knocked out by the tiny droplets. Kikji frowned. Ever since those two-legged creatures started using the droplets, she had wondered what they were and why the creatures used it. "Such silly creatures." She muttered, unaware that she had said it aloud. When a few wolves gave her strange looks, she then realized her words were audible to those around her. Flattening herself to the ground, she lowered her ears, embarrassment glowing hotly from her. When the wolves still glanced at her, she finally stared back at them, blinking as she flicked her ear.
A sudden gasp made her jerk her head into the direction of the male wolf. Relief filled her as he began to gnaw at the sliver of meat she had gave him, still no words came out of his mouth. Stretching out in her corner, Kikji let out another yawn as she rested her head on her front paws, boredom flickering through her as she stared around. Brown eyes darted from wolf to wolf as Kikji finally rested her eyes below her, the plain ground staring back. Flicking her left ear again, she glanced at the male wolf for a moment, before rising to her paws and padding over to him. It had been a while since each wolf had spoken friendly to one another.
"I'm guessing you're new here..." Kikji began, standing awkwardly in front of the wolf. "...but I guess we're all new here. My name's Kikji." The shewolf mumbled, unsure if this was a good plan to just talk to a random wolf. Kikji shifted her paws uncomfortably as she stared down at them, unwilling to face the male wolf.

Looking up at the larger wolf he replied, "I'm captured, the same as you are." he realized his pelt was still wet. He guessed the droplets were real but the other room was a dream. "Did you live with them?" he refered to the other wolves huddling in the corner.

Wyretta crawled out of Amise's fur a little. "Would you be so kind as to take me to my hollow? It's in an old tree on the edge of the forest. I believe it is there - " she pointed with one of her antennae to a dark brown tree, with its trunk half covered in vine growth. Up about three feet from the ground, a little hole was nestled between ropes of green. "It would normally take me a day to reach it."

"A hyena?" The thylacine questioned. "Never heard of that, either." Manoah said with a slightly nervous chuckle. He began to feel a bit more comfortable around the odd little animal and figured it'd be best to get around in this new world with someone who knew it. "My name is Manoah." He said in a more confident tone.
The hyena chuckled a bit. "Saka." He responded, now knowing the creature was friend not foe. "Well then, since you're obviously new around here, wanna little tour of the area? It helps to know what's what and what creatures to avoid." He suggested, cocking his head again.
Manoah glanced down, then reluctantly agreed. "Yeah, that would be- useful." He responded with a weak smile, stepping towards his new acquaintance with his head lowered.

Surprise lit in Kikji's eyes when the male wolf replied. "You can talk!" she exclaimed stupidly, drawing attention from the other wolves again. When she quieted down, she shook her head at his question. "No. My family was killed by the two-legged creatures. I don't remember much; I just know that I woke up here somehow." Kikji replied, sitting down in front of the wolf. "What about you? What's your name?" The shewolf asked eagerly, her shyness suddenly swept away.

Amise gazed up at where the bug had pointed to with its antennae. "A day?" she repeated, shocked. Shaking her head, she glanced at Wyretta, before bounding towards the tree covered with vine. Due to her colorblindness, it was a little difficult to spot out the correct tree. A few trees were covered in vines, but she decided to go with the one which had the most vines wrapped around it. Unsheathing her claws, she gripped the old bark unsteadily, picking her way through the tangle of vines. At one point she nearly ripped off an old piece of vine, but she was able to cling onto the bark as she skirted around it. She spotted a tiny hole nestled in the vines, and she immediately gestured towards it. "Is that your hole?" she asked, scurrying towards it.

"More than likely it is," replied the weta. "Thank you." She prepared herself for a jump, and sprang from between the leopard's shoulders to the hard tree trunk. Her sharp little claws allowed her to climb almost vertically until she reached the hole and slipped inside.
"Have a wonderful day. I hope to talk to you again soon." Wyretta's whispered as she settled into her leafy nest inside the hollow. She placed her long antennae in the entryway so she could keep watch for danger, even while asleep.

The leopard dipped her head. "You're welcome. It was a pleasure to meet you too." Amise replied, before silently leaping down the old tree trunk. When she had reached the forest ground, she quickly headed towards her familiar tree, swiftly climbing it. Blinking, she curled up on the thick branch of it, resting her tail around her body as she closed her eyes, still feeling the sun warm her pelt as she drifted off to sleep.

"Um... I've been a loner most of my life, I chose to be one. Any idea on why the humans took us?" he asked the she-wolf. Waiting for her reply. She didn't seem as shy anymore but he was still a little uneasy. The dull rumbling of the star ship continued in the background.

Kikji shrugged, seeing that the male wolf didn't answer her question when she inquired about his name. "I'm not sure, but I hope they won't hurt us or anything. They already put that stinky droplets on us." She replied, wrinkling her nose in disgust. "Out of curiosity, do you know what those droplets are?" she asked. "They seem to send us to sleep."

"Smells like average water to me. Maybe they are cold enough to slow us down into a sleep. They might do it again soon," he paused looking around to be sure, "I'm Moath."
Mira's paws padded along a sidewalk. Humans were amazed at her. She was considered to them as, "A living fossil," which she really was. They took the DNA from bones of old tigers. They were huge compared to her body size. The tiny tiger could understand a little of human talk. She heard chatter that they may be creating new tigers, far bigger than her, and she feared that.

Manoah nodded and followed after the quirky hyena. Saka led him into the open plains and began explaining the way of life here to the confused little Thylacine. (Short. Feeling super uncreative.)

A dash of sunlight his one of her eyes, waking her up. Angorra looked around confused. The last time she was swimming the water was a lot colder. Her tracker beeped louder and quicker than it did before. She must have drifted in the right direction. Swimming up she saw another island. The orca was still a little ways off. It was hard to tell what covered the island. Swinging her tail she moved towards it.
Mina jumped at the sound of a clank. Suddenly a giant shadow fell over her and a massive star ship flew over her. Her mouth opening in awe she watched as it floated to another part of the city. Realizing her hour was up she trotted back to her home. If she was half an hour late the scientists would start looking for her and tranquilize her. Not wanting to go through the experience again the tiny tiger quickly hurried her pace. Pawing at a door she scrabbled at it, telling them she was back.

After minutes of hunting small fish, Nekoda swallowed the last of the current one, then shot for the surface. He broke the water's surface and rocketed his slim body into the air, letting out squeaks and clicks of playful glee until he came crashing back down to the ocean headfirst, only to arch and dart into the air again.
Shadow raised his head once reaching the forest floor, and did a quick sweep of his surroundings with his golden optics. Licking his maw, he stalked through the trees, his broad paws sinking into the shallow mud with each step. The black leopard followed the familiar scent of water.
After spending most of the day showing the new thylacine around and teaching him the ways of the island, Saka retired into the thicket, Manoah close behind him. The sun had begun to slip below the horizon line and many animals of the island had begun to search for safe places to sleep, including Saka, who found himself a nice spot beside a dry bush. Manoah stared at him with a puzzled expression. "What are you doing? It's night time!" The Tasmanian Tiger yapped, cocking his large head. The hyena stared up at him, lowering an eyebrow. "Uh- Yeah. Exactly. Now get some sleep." He said, resting his head down. Manoah raised a brow at the creature, his stiff tail flicking a bit. "You mean you sleep during the night? I sure don't. My night time is like your day time, I suppose." He said in a calm voice, shifting his weight. Saka narrowed his eyes but nodded. "Ohh, you're nocturnal. Heh, knock yourself out, pal. If you need me I'll be chilling here." He said with a chuckle, slipping his eyelids closed.

As soon as the door opened Mina skittered inside. There a human picked her up and brought her to a cage. There were two metal bowls, one with water and one with dry pebble food. Crunching on the pebbles she disliked the taste. A small bird tastes way better. Licking up the water it felt flat and tasted like metal.

Opening her eyes, Amise glanced around, her tail swaying in the night breeze. The moon hung overhead, with a slight breeze trickling the air. Green eyes glinted in the moonlight as the leopard leaped down from her tree, landing on the forest ground with a soft thud. Padding through the forest, Amise kept her ears perked as she listened for any danger. A wry smile escaped her lips as she remembered the old trees where Wyretta was resting, but she veered around it to avoid disturbing the bug's sleep. Raising her head, she began to collect the old scents of each creature who had passed her. Her eyes narrowed as she scented the familiar scent of Shadow, and she immediately headed the other way, not wanting to meet up with the male leopard again. Climbing up a tall tree, she rested her haunches on the thick branches of it, tucking her paws in as she stared down, her tail tip twitching as she waited.

As Angorra neared the new island she saw it was covered with trees. Diving down deep colorful reefs flashed in the underwater sunlight. Fish were everywhere and she tried catching a few. Her body was too big though. Swimming forward she saw a few splashes ahead. The orca didn't know if she should approach or not.
Moath's ears flicked when the same hissing noise began again. "Oh great canine," he muttered as the freezing mist came out again. It clung to his pelt and the other wolf's. "We might not have a lot of conversation ti-" his speech slurred as his head plopped down, mist covering his face. The dew had come again.
Mina's ears twitched, turning her head she padded around her cage. It wasn't as fun as the outside. A door opened and a human walked in. She picked up Mina and put her in another smaller cage and closed the door to it. Hissing in confusion as the human picked up her cape and walked into another room. The door of that room closed and she suddenly got the feeling she was going up. Mina was confused, they had done this before but, why now? Were they taking her to her brothers at the space station?
As the elevator door opened the human walked out onto a platform and ducked into a plane-like vehicle. Mina knew she was going to space again. Licking her nose her head looked everywhere, trying to take in everything the plane had to offer. Some other humans sat in their seats. Resting her head on her paws she waited.

Nekoda did a quick barrel role through the water. Pumping his tail hard, he dove to the bottom of the reef only to immediately fire upward again, leaving a trail of quick moving bubbles behind him. Straightening his body, he flung himself out of the water again, his body flying high above the surface. Tucking his head in, he did a quick front flip then landed perfectly into a dive back into the water.
Shadow's whiskers twitched as he continued treking through the thick foliage of the forest floor. Shoving past a large fern, he let out a sigh of contentment at what lay ahead: a beautiful wide river with a cliff and a waterfall at its base. This was the leopard's favorite spot in the whole jungle. Purring lightly, he stepped into the shallows and lowered his large black head to peacefully lap up the crystal clear water, completely relaxed by the soothing environment.
Manoah raised an eyebrow at his new friend but shrugged. "Alright. See ya later, then." He yapped, turning tail and trotting into the brush. His nearly black eyes reflected yellow in the darkness. Unsure of his surroundings, he rose up onto his hind legs in a bipedal stance, his kangaroo-like tail held straight out behind him to center his balance. He raised his head, sniffing to no avail due to the unfamiliar new area. He had no clue what smelled like what, so his eyes and ears were his best bet until he grew more accustomed to the area. His keen eyes pierced through the darkness easily, being well adapted to darkness. His sights fell upon a small canine, a black-backed jackal, by what he remembered Saka calling it. Licking his narrow maw, he figured this would be suitable food due to its small size. Lowering his forepaws back to the ground, he slunk silently into the brush.
Saka shrugged at his thylacine friend and yawned. "Suit yourself, pal." He simply replied with a quiet chuckle. Curling into a loose ball, the hyena soon fell asleep. He normally was rather active during the night, but the day was too exhausting for him to bother tonight.

Wyretta felt around the dark hollow, searching for her hidden stash of food saved for nighttime feeding. She found it on the opposite side of the hollow from her bed, and selected a nice-sized piece resembling a grain of rice. Clutching it between her 2nd pair of legs, the weta went back to her leaf bed. She munched it casually while her antennae swept the hole. Wyretta wanted to go out and explore the tree environment, but there were just too many nocturnal predators about.

Moving slightly closer the splashes confused her. They happened every so often. Submerging she swam a little ways. Soon her eyes detected a slash of silver in the splashes. A fish? she thought confused. It was a really big fish if it was one. Going back up for air her blowhole erupted a jet of mist.

Nekoda, after landing back inside the ocean, spun quickly as he dove down to the bottom. Clicking happily, he clacked his jaws together and returned to his slow drifting nosing about the reef, oblivious.
The Thylacine's eyes flashed yellow as he slunk through the darkness. His keen ears swiveled atop his narrow skull, catching the every slight sound his target made. Manoah licked his jaws, flattening his ears, he wriggled into a bush a few feet in front of the jackal. He had chosen his tactic for this hunt, the easiest one: ambush. Flicking the tip of his kangaroo-like tail like a cat watching a mouse, he waited in his cover patiently, not shifting his glare from the oblivious jackal a few feet away and waiting for it to creep a little bit closer.
Shadow's seering golden optics scanned the waterfall up ahead as he peacefully lapped at the water, flicking his tail to and fro.

Swift floated on her side, bored. She blew some bubble-rings through her blowhole and watched as they floated to the surface, stretching out thinner and thinner. She flicked her tail a few times to pick up some speed and began to swim away from the reef and out into the open water. She let out a series of playful clicks and whistles, occasionally shooting out of the water and into the air.

The the splashing ceased, Angorra continued on her way. Her tracker beeped louder than ever. Swimming down again she looked around the reefs. Small fish swarmed by the millions but were too swift for her to catch. The orca kept on, though the warm waters had begun to feel uncomfortable.
As soon as Maoth passed out again he didn't know about the other wolf. His body was too cold to think about anything. The water began to freeze and had covered his body with a layer of violently cold frost. It was different tough, it was only for preserving. The wolf didn't know it but he'd have to go through this many times before reaching wherever the starship was taking him.
Mina had drifted off. She felt somehow lighter. When she tried to stand she flew up to the top of the small cage the humans had put her in. Hissing in fear her body froze on instinct. The human wasn't floating off. It had something holding it down. It pushed a switch and she fell half a foot to the plastic bottom.

Nekoda used his echolocation to locate some nearby prey. Dashing up from between the coral, he shot his slim body through a school of slivery fish, snapping his beak closed on one's midsection. As he gulped down the fish, nearby splashing instantly caught his attention. Swimming upwards to breathe, his top half surfaced just as another dolphin shot through the water in a leaping breach. Another dolphin! The Bottlenose dashed back below the surface, searching for the dolphin he was sure he'd seen, when a huge figure nearby caught his eye. Because of its distance, the details on the figure were faded, making it simply look like an enormous dolphin-like creature. That can't be a dolphin... Nekoda thought. Since he was sure he'd lost track of what he knew was a dolphin, he focused on the strange shape, remaining stationary in the water as he strained to see it from afar.
After a good half an hour of frozen, silent waiting, the tides slowly started to turn into Manoah's favor. The small jackal, obviously rummaging for food, had slowly began to stalk in his direction. Shifting on his dainty paws, the Tazzie Tiger tensed his muscles in anticipation of the kill to come.

As a silver shape started to move in her direction, Angorra froze. It was a great distance away so the orca couldn't tell if it was a fish or something bigger. Curious to find out she started to move in it's direction. Aware this wouldn't take her any closer to Mayarie she didn't really care. The currents were in her favor so she could easily get back on course.
Orcas are actually classified as dolphins. o3o But the animals don't know that. x3))

Swift closed her eyes as she sped through the water, laughing to herself as she dodged the fish that darted around. She was about to surface for air, when a dark shape caught the corner of her eye. She turned around, surfacing briefly before submerging once more. The figure was big, really big. She hovered in the water, completely silent.

Nekoda turned towards the object in the distance, narrowing his eyes. It took him somewhat by surprise as it began to approach him. Though part of him screamed to flee, curiosity over ruled the desire of flight, and he slowly paddled forward. He let out a couple clicks, sending the invisible beams of echolocation towards it, making him realize it was a lot larger than it looked at first. As he got closer, its details slowly appeared. It was black with white markings and was like nothing he'd ever seen.
The jackal took another few clueless strides towards the waiting marsupial's bush, its fatal mistake. As the tiny canid stopped a few strides in front of the large cover bush, Manoah sensed his time to strike. Silently, he sprang off his strong hind legs, shooting out of the bush. Before the poor jackal even had a chance to let out a yip of alarm, the thylacine's unnatrually wide jaws were upon it. Grabbing the yelping jackal by its back, Manoah shoved it over with his paw and pinned it. It squealed and thrashed its legs helplessly while the hungry Thylacine immediately began to tear into its side. It was a typical killing behavior for thylacines to rip the rib cage open as the killing move rather than go for the throat first like most other animals.

Another silver flicker was there but she watched the closer one. Very slight vibrations rippled across her. It was an animal that could use echolocation. Letting out a call she maybe thought it could communicate with her. Angorra floated waiting.

Nekoda froze as the creature let out a whistling call. That's gotta mean its friendly! The enthusiastic dolphin thought to himself. Pumping his tail, he drifted a bit closer to the creature, its whole body now visible. It was huge. And Nekoda couldn't help but wonder what it was. "Woah.. Uh- Excuse me!" He whistled at the Orca. "But- What exactly, are you?" He questioned, narrowing his eyes and swimming closer to investigate. The clicks that were instantly recognizable as another dolphin were soon heard. I knew it was a dolphin I saw! He thought to himself.
It didn't take long after having its side tore open for the jackal to die and go limp. The Thylacine, being a naturally picky eater, slipped his narrow maw into the open rib cage, quickly devouring a few select organs. Drawing his head back out of the dead creature, Manoah shook it and lay down before the open carcass, holding its head in his paws as he began to gnaw on its sensitive muzzle flesh, his favorite part of the meal. ( c: )

Swift paused for a moment before darting down to the deeper depths (?). She sent out another series of clicks, recognising a marine creature around the same size of her, and one much bigger. She decided to back away from the scene, curious but cautious. She watched silently from below, ignoring the fish that brushed past her in attempt to get away.

Angorra didn't know how but she understood the smaller animal. It was much smaller than her. It felt good to speak to someone who could understand her. "I'm an orca. What are you? You speak like me but you're much smaller," the orca whistled. The water was starting to get a little too warm but she wanted to speak to the other animal.

"An orca?" Nekoda repeated, swimming closer. "I've never heard of that before." He added with a giggle, now swimming in circles around the large orca. "I'm a dolphin!" He squeaked, halting in front of the creature and bringing his back end down so he was at a vertical position in the water, staring at the orca. His full attention had been completely shifted to the animal, curiosity forcing his mind to disregard the dolphin's presence for now.
After he grew bored of gnawing on the carcass' nose, Manoah rose to his four and shook his short, dense coat. Hmm. I bet Saka would eat the rest of this. He thought, knowing he always left a lot of the animal after eating. Shrugging, he lowered his head and grabbed hold of the open carcass, dragging it into the brush to return to his hyena friend.

"I think I might've seen a dolphin before but not this close," she was having trouble looking at the dolphin since it was swimming so fast around her. "Do you breath air? You have a blowhole like I do," Angorra asked him curious to see if the smaller mammal did breathe air or not.

Nekoda grinned at the orca. "Sure do!" He exclaimed, blowing a stream of bubbles from his blow hole to show the creature. Diving down, he swam under the large 'killer whale' and swooped up at her side, examining her more closely. "Wow, we sure are a lot alike!" He squeaked, darting back over to halt in front of her.

"Yeah, except you're a lot smaller than me and you are all gray. I'm colored like this so prey below me or above me won't see me if they have bad eyesight. Do you know what your colors are for?" Her tail swished a little.

Nekoda stared blankly at the orca as she explained her colors. "Dunno. The same thing, I guess... I never really learned." He replied with an absent minded squeak.

"Okay, um, do you know why the water is so warm here? My kind usually live in cooler waters. It's strange here for me." she asked another question. Some bubbles were coming out of her blowhole. Knowing it was time for her to breath she quickly went up and took a breath. "Sorry about that."

Wyretta nibbled the last fragment of seed from between her front legs. She swept the entryway with her antennae one last time, then settled down on the leaf bed. She dreamed, if one could consider it dreaming, of the days events: her long walk for a meal she barely ate, the lizard's attack, her new friendship with the leopard Amise. As the weta became motionless, the tropical world stirred and rose around her.

Nekoda narrowed his eyes at the orca as she spoke of the warm water before going up to get a breath. "It's okay! I have to do that, too!" The dolphin squeaked with a grin, shooting up in the water to take a breath of air, then diving back down to the orca. "See!" He clicked, a grin still plastered on his beak. "Wait- you don't like warm water? It's always warm here!" Nekoda exclaimed, more in confusion than anything. "Are you from the south where the water's freezing?"
Manoah picked up the limp, torn open carcass of the jackal and disappeared into the brush, padding silently to not attract any attention from unwanted predators that could easily kill him. The carcass swaying in the thylacine's jaws with each stride, Manoah adjusted his grip as he leaped down to the thicket where his hyena friend was sleeping. Keeping quiet to not wake Saka, he set down the carcass in front of the hyena, nudging it towards him before curling up nearby and falling asleep.
The black leopard's tail flicked back and forth while he drank, his eyes scanning the waterfalls ahead for movement. Thirst quenched, Shadow raised his head, licking his maw with his rough tongue. Rising back to his fours, he stretched his strong forelegs and let out a huff before turning and padding back into the thick forest.

Angorra's eye lit in amusement. "I don't know where I am. I don't even know if I came from the north or south. I'm just following this thing the humans put on me," she referred to the tiny beeping device on her dorsal fin, "It beeps louder and faster the closer I get to the humans. I'm trying to get back to their island. The water there is a little colder but they moved me to a much colder place. I've swam until I've come here."
Moath's breathing was slower and slower until he took only one breath in an hour. He was in the same hyper sleep he was a few hours ago. It may have paused to give the humans a chance to make sure the animals were still alive. His body was now completely covered in frost and when his breath did come out it was instantly frozen.
Mina looked outside her cage. As human way in the front flipped a switch on the ceiling and everything seemed to go to normal gravity. The human's body stopped floating. A window was in clear view now and it was dead space outside. Stars didn't have any atmosphere to block their distant calling light. Each one a continuous explosion emitting a tiny point. Vast nebula clouds could be observed with color dashing across them. The young tiger's eyes were in awe. A distance off northern light danced near the polar island.

"Humans?" Nekoda repeated in a questioning tone. "What does that thing on your fin do? Does it hurt? Why did they put it on you? Why's it making that noise?" The dolphin questioned in a rapid fire sequence, slowly swimming up towards the blinking device on the orca's dorsal fin. Gently, he prodded at it with his nose, examining it curiously.

Amise's eyes gleamed as she spotted something flickering through the forest. Sniffing the air, her claws slide out as she recognized the scent of Shadow. Remembering that he wasn't much of a threat, she sheathed her claws and silently leaped down her tree, landing on the forest ground with a soft thud. Wondering where Shadow had gone, she quickly ducked into the grass, licking her maw as she veered away from the male leopard. Sniffing the air again, she began to follow the fading scent of Shadow, which lead to a waterfall she had never seen before. Puzzled, the leopard bounded up to the water and bent down, lapping at the water. She let out a purr as she felt her tongue being soothed by the water. Whatever this place is. Amise's ears flickered forward as the rumbling noise of the waterfall echoed in her ears, but she simply ignored it and continued to lap at the water till her thirst for water was satisfied. Shaking her pelt, she glanced around warily, before bounding back into the forest.

"Humans are fur-less beast that walk on their hind legs. They put on strange covering of almost any color. They out this on me and I think the also brought us to this planet. This thing that beeps," she paused and the dolphin nudged it, "I think it helps them find me. I'm trying to get back to their island so I know I'm getting closer when this tracker beeps fast and louder."

"But- What do they do? Why do the humans want to keep track of you?" Nekoda asked, pulling back from the tracker and looping down to halt in front of the orca. "And how can you live in that icey water?" He shivered at the thought. "I hate cold water!"

"Maybe they track us to know what we're like- I mean so they understand us and don't do anything wrong or something that could hurt us." she paused before speaking again, "I am bigger and have thicker skin. Also, some food is there and there are other sea animals I've heard stories of before I was brought here. Beasts ten times the size of myself. They breath air like us though. They also like to eat smaller animals and hey're very hard to see. I've never seen one but how they were described to me it seemed like they are the biggest things alive. Except those starships that the humans make. I have no idea how they do it, and we wouldn't probably be here if humans didn't exist."

"Wooowwwww." Nekoda exclaimed in awe, straining to picture such a beast in his simple mind. "Where do those things live?" The dolphin questioned in excitement. "I wanna see one!" (Merp. Short.)

"I dunno, sometimes their starships fly over and they're really big! Many times bigger than those huge creatures. I've only seen them in the place I'm trying to get back to. It's been awhile since I've seen one. You're welcome to come with me. The water there is a little colder though," Angorra offered excited to have someone to travel with if he accepted.

"Hmm," Nekoda pondered the offer, blowing a few bubbles from his blowhole. "Well, I guess the cold can't be that bad... Yeah! I'll come! It sucks being lonely, anyway." He exclaimed with a squeak, diving into an enthusiastic front flip. "Let's go!" He clicked, grinning.

Angorra quickly swam up and took a breath and followed her tracker again. It gave a steady and loud beep now. "It might take us awhile to get there I think," she thought out loud. Her tail was giant compared to the smaller dolphin's and didn't have to move as much. It was still the afternoon and the sun shown brightly.

"Woohoo!" Nekoda squeaked, shooting after the Orca. Sliding through the water swiftly, he did a few corkscrews around the larger creature, obviously enthusiastic about their little journey. Every now and then, he would suddenly fire upward and leap out of the water to do a breaching leap and take a breath.

The orca felt Nekoda shoot around her, swimming much faster than she was. Angorra wasn't great at tricks but she was much better at catching larger prey. Suddenly swimming down she searched for a meal. It was harder to locate something in the masses of rocks and coral. Nosing at a hole in some coral a fish darted out and it was followed by an eel. It's yellow ugly head had bulging eyes and a jawfull of tiny white daggers. Taking her chances she lunged at it from the side catching it in her mouth and crushing it with her own teeth. Pulling the long body out the orca headed back up to the surface of the water.

As Nekoda dove back down after another breach, his eyes widened at what Angorra had in her jaws. "Wow!" He exclaimed, drifting close for a better look. "What is it?" He questioned, prodding at the limp creature with his beak in curiosity.

"I don't know, I thought it was food so I caught it," she spoke trying to hold onto the limp eel. It's now sightless eyes were wide as it's head hung limp. It's open jaws had it's tongue lolling. It was a very creepy creature. "I don't know if I should eat it or not. I've never seen one before."

"I've seen 'em around the reef a lot. They're pretty mean." Nekoda said, giving the dead eel another shove with his nose. "But I don't see why we wouldn't be able to eat it." He concluded, backing up to stare back at the Orca.

"I guess," soon the eel had vanished in one snap. The whole long golden body gone. It felt a little weird to eat something long but the odd feeling was gone once it had reached her stomach. "That's the first time I've seen one and eat one." said Angorra amazed.

Nekoda watched as the orca downed the eel quickly. "That's 'cause they like warm water like me." He said with a giggle, swimming forward a bit, then wheeling around to wait for Angorra.

The orca swam forward following after Nekoda. Making sure they were going the right direction she tested a few feet each way. Once she found the one that made the tracker beep faster she followed that route. Going up to take a breath she saw a few seagulls drifting around. Swimming back down she let her tail propel her forward at a steady pace.

Nekoda slowed down to absent mindedly follow the orca, occasionally doing a few dips and spins as his easily distracted mind trailed elsewhere.

The orca swims in a straight line. The water had began to cool slightly. Not much but a little.

The wolf's heartbeat began to quicken. Moth's frozen fur started to move a little more as he breathed faster. Finally his eyes opened but only to find darkness. Moving his aching legs he stumbled and only bumped into a metal wall. "Hello?" he barked confused. Walking forward again he bumped into the same wall. Turning the other direction he tripped over another frozen pelt. His fur was still white from the frost but was beginning to show signs of grays and browns. Moth looked around blinking his eyes many times but all he saw was darkness. He was temporarily blind.
The tiger's head turned around as a bang at the back of the vehicle contacted the space station. The human picked up her cage. It looked like a pet carrier but with a few more buttons and locks. A door opened where the bang was and let into a hallway lit with white lights. There were few windows down the curved halway but the inside it's self was amazing to Mina.

Angorra's tail swept through the water. It had gotten a little more cooler as they had progressed through the days. As Nekoda did flips and swam in circles around her she kept to a strait line so she could have a good idea which way the tracker was leading them.

Nekoda blew a spray of water from his blowhole, then dove back down to catch up with Angorra. He couldn't help but shiver as the water slowly became much cooler than he was used to. "I-It sure is c-cold over h-here." He murmured with a weak squeak, glancing around at the new surroundings. It almost felt as if the bitter cold water drained his enthusiastic energy.
As the rising sun began to cast its orange glow on the savannah, Saka slowly blinked awake with a tired groan. He parted his maw wide in a long yawn and quietly lifted his head. The scent of meat drifted into the hyena's nostrils, making him lick his maw. He perked his rounded ears in surprise after noticing the tore open jackal carcass that was neatly placed beside him. Glancing around, he smirked a bit upon seeing his Thylacine friend curled up nearby. Wow, he must've got me some breakfast. Saka thought to himself. Wagging his short tail, he pulled the mutilated carcass closer to him and wasted no time before ripping into it.
Shadow sat neatly at the water's edge, soothed by the peaceful sound of the constant flowing waterfall not far in front of him. Drawing back his ears in relaxation, he raised one of his broad fore paws and began to clean himself, running his rough tongue over it.

Clawing back onto her tree, Amise planted herself on the thick branch, her eyes narrowing at the rising sun. Orange rays of early sunlight casted down onto the forest, seeping through the tricky branches of the trees. Yawning, the leopard stretched out on the tree branch, shaking out her pelt as she decided to get some rest. The water she had consumed earlier was certainty soothing, she thought as she closed her eyes. She would investigate the area even more at night.

The orca looked back to the dolphin. "It'll get a bit more colder but it helps if you stay out of the air and the water will begin to warm you. You skin isn't as thick as mine so the coldness will get to you faster than me." Going up to breath she let go of her breath and then went back down to join Nekoda.

Nekoda blinked and reluctantly nodded. "O-Ok-kay." He responded, shivering as he paddled after the orca, now deciding to stick closer to the creature.

Knowing the cold would begin to harm the dolphin in a few hours, the orca sped her tail up. "We'll need to reach the island fast, the water is a little warmer there. A cold current must be coming through or this has always been here." Angorra paused as she looked up. It had began to darken and the sky was turning orange. "Night will be cold, we must hurry."

Nekoda weakly glanced up at the orca when she sped up her pace. Too cold to utter a single squeak, he simply nodded and started after her, struggling to keep his tail pumping. The icey water felt almost as if it were parylizing his muscles. Nonetheless, he forced himself through, teeth chattering with every shiver that rocked his slim body.

Angorra's tracker beeped madly. Slowing down her tail she swam slowly with the dolphin. A light current blew through the ocean. Suddenly a shadow fell over the two mammals. Letting out a shriek as something crashed into the water. Trying to swim down she couldn't for some reason, for she was being pulled into a box similar to the one that had trapped Angorra before. Not knowing where Nekoda was the orca beat her tail franticly in attempt to escape the force's grasp but it provided no resistance to it.

Nekoda shivered and stayed quiet, slowly swimming just behind the orca. As a sudden force shot down into the water, he let out a squeal of alarm and bolted downwards, shooting around to the other side then halting to spin around to see if Angorra was behind him. "Ang-g-ora! What I-is that-t th-th-ing!?" He managed to squeak despite the cold water that seemed to freezee his muscles.

The orca flailed around as the cage came closer. In her attempt to escape he tail whacked onto the side of the metal wall. Hearing a high-pitched squeak Anggorra guessed in was Nekoda. "I think it might be a-" a large clang cut off her shout. Not knowing what was up or down she tried to speed off but only smacked into the side of the wall again. The tracker on her fin was beeping in a continuous shrill. Swinging off into another direction the orca just slammed into another metal wall. Opening her huge jaws wide Angorra yelled something not understandable but loud. She tried to get away again but only hit another wall. Drifting back her body fell limp. She was still awake though, but she only saw lights turning on. Soon after the orca fell unconscious.

"Angorra? Angorra!" Nekoda squeaked aloud, darting back and forth on the water a good distance in front of the huge metal thing. Terror crippled the young dolphin, he could simply watch, not knowing what else to do. Blowing a trail of bubbles from his blowhole, he shook his head as if to shake the fear from his body. Scrunching his beak in newfound determination, Nekoda huffed and shot himself at the enormous metal object that had engulfed his friend, slamming into its side hard with his head and beak. Upon smashing impact, there was a loud clang, and his body was shoved backwards by momentum. Wincing in pain, the dolphin huffed again and thrust himself back at the object.

Up in the control room of the starship a human was monitoring a few devices. The orca that was taged seemed to be knocked unconscious but still alive. Another device told of another large life form near the starship but he had guessed it was a lone fish.
"Hey look at this," said another human nearby who was glancing out of a window. Peering out of the glass he didn't see anything at first but then noticed a gray smear flickering in the water. "Is that a dolphin?" he questioned. A scientist nearby spoke to him, "It is but usually they don't journey this north."
