Welcome to the Akuba Pack. Akuba (means cursed) is a pack of wolves that have been thought extinct for thousands of years. Very few remain, and their numbers are dwindling. The Akuba species age very slowly, which is how they have been able to survive without dying off one by one. They are very organized and rarely sense the need to fight, which makes them a great ally, for when there is a need to fight they will give their lives. They're leader was once Allys with humans until they got greedy and used the Akuba for war. For this reason there calm nature comes from refusing to fight, and with the escape of the humans came a great loss to their kind. As this great species now reveals themselves, they recruit others to join their force and become mighty again.
Rules:
1.No God Mods (powers or anything)
2.No fighting with other members (warnings will given and booting will be followed if continued)
3.Is a RP group but doesn't mean RP'ing will always take place, meaning it is a welcomed place for chatting and knowing one another.
4.Mates are welcomed - Begging in group for a mate is NOT welcomed.
5.Presets and maps should be downloaded unless you computer is unable to or you need help installing.
6. ACTIVITY!!! Plz remain Active. Those who i do not see for atleast a week or more, with no post explaining why, or not seeing on game..especially if not sending a invite back to group (if it happens to disband) WILL BE REMOVED! You are welcomed back if u become active again.
Ranks
Alpha-
Leader of the whole pack, organizes, recruits, ranks, runs whole pack.
Beta-
Second in line to the Alpha. Is to be listened to when Alpha is not around or is busy.
Delta -
Third in line to the Alpha, if Alpha and Beta not around, they are to be listened to.
Ad-Visor
Special rank in pack. Provides extra info and opinions on matters, helping in decision making and advising on pack discussions.
Council - Forum Moderators -
Very important. They help accept members into group when i am unable to reply right away and they help me with pack organization.
Head Scout-
The packs scout. Keeps/provides private information to the leader
Healer-
Healer of the clan, mends broken bones and takes care of illness. Investigates herbs and diseases.
Warriors-
The protectors of the pack, teachs the young how to fight, and listens to HeadScout during battle.
Scouts-
The watchers and visual protectors. They let the leader know of danger, visitors, and enemies.
Mothers-
Pregnant females, or females wanting to have pup.
Nurses-
Those who watch pups and take care of accompanying the mothers.
Pups-
Young ones of the pack, un sure of their destiny and to weak to fend for themselves.
NOTE: GROUP GETS DELETED SOMETIMES - Just resend invite if ur ever out, admins are working on fixing the glitch and until then hope it stays alive :3

Btw Ouka there seems to be a problem with the map.. or it's probably just me
i installed TA's map, entered the portal - then the game crashed.
I closed the game and tried again, i clicked on Alamir then it just crashed..
So for the moment i can't play Alamir o.O

Yea u have to delete tohe file su installed to get ur char out, should appear in a black room. The installation must be followed exactly as stated, cuz its the weather that gets u stuck, but atm dont install it, im amking a new one anyways.

I'm having problems with the map. D:
I was reading the Readme, and it said you had to open certain files and add some words. When I try to open the file, it won't let me, and says I need to find the program that made it. Help?
I found the map, and tried to get her to just get a quick glance at it, but my Feral Heart totally crashed and when I click start on her, it freezes.
Could someone be kind and help me? I'm kinda new to maps.

Bitter sweet migraine in my head,
Nova is outgoing and friendly, always the one who will start up a conversation and crack jokes. Sometiems this can lead to her getting into trouble or annoying others, but she means well. This she wolf has a kind heart, always trying to help others when she can. Despite her usual good nature, if her paws are stepped on watch out. She can have a sharp tounge and has no fear defending herself or others. NovaKayne can be stubborn and just as easily come up with witty comebacks or remarks. Though she's not the easiest to anger, she definately has her limits and can have quite a temper. All around though she's a easy wolf to get along with and is fiercely loyal to those she be friends.
It's like a throbbing toothache of the mind,
She doesn't exactly have the most dramatic story in the world, but it isn't all happy meadows and butterflies either. Novakayne was born into a fairly normal life with her two other siblings. Though her father was unknown that didn't stop her and her family from living a comfortable life in an abandoned run down house. Her mother originally came from a house pet background and ran away when she met the 'love of her life'. Eventually her father went off to go on some sort of hunt for his old pack, but never returned. That's what Nova was told anyways.
Her siblings and herself had no idea that they were any different from other canines, aside from their odd colors. That all changed though when a construction crew came to tear down their old, run down home. Her mother died trying to fend off the humans in order to give her pups the chance to escape. Ofcourse her and her siblings took off without their mother, not knowing what happened. Seeing as she didn't come and find them, Nova still to this day believes the worse. During the period after the ordeal, both of her siblings died of a combinaiton of starvation and illness. It wasn't long after little Nova was found by the pack and brought in. Upon being asked her name, she decided to call herself NovaKayne, choosing to forgetand be completely numb about her whole ordeal.

UPDATED THE AKUBA INFO.... Rules have been updated slightly due to some reasons. As well they will be inforced. I will be recruiting more whenever ppl arent on, so hopefully more ppl will sign up. Will be making more ranks, if u have any ideas post them and ill consider them as well if u post idea first and want the rank u get first dibs. Proly our main map :) I created the HeightMap myself (had to remake it like 5 times because it wouldnt work well enough) But what id like is some ideas from you guys of what ud like to see. Keep in mind it is grass lands, so no lava this time :P For note there WILL be a main den where we all will be. So yea, gimme ur ideas :D

Cause I'm a sucker for nice scenery, but that's just me. xD I tried playing the making a map and I wanted to like make a cave behind a waterfall, but Ifailed obviously. The map thingy is so confusing ._.

Ideas for Grasslands: Perhaps we could have a main den, but maybe some ranks could have their own? Ex. Leader's den, Beta's den, Healer's den. If we're going to RP there, perhaps hunting grounds? Obviously I know you cannot really hunt, just use your imagination. A general camp would be nice too. Like, where the dens are all located.

Perhaps there could be a mountain or plateau somewhere, similar to the ones in Fluorite? And I'm a sucker for scenery too... I'll have to make sure I get everything downloaded this time, since I'm still missing the dead tree from the volcano map.
On another note, Necro just got a preset. It's a little lighter than the original, but I like it. The hair turned out kinda weird though. If anyone gets how to change it, PLEASE help me.

Shaydie wats u do is, u make a folder and put the .fhz file into it. Then Compress the file into a ZIP. and upload it to www.mediafire.com (http://www.mediafire.com) its where i have all my stuffs and its free, u dont even have to sign up :P just post the link here and ill add it to the rest we have annd on the site :3

Alright im sorta tired of the pack not always on, i guess my activity rule wasn't clear enough of a warning. So i will be cleaning out the pack. I will be listing members who have a week to post a reason why they arent on or why they havent rejoined the pack. If no response then obviously they dont wanna be in it or theyaren't coming here looking at this. We will be starting rp's ASAP so even if theres 2 ppl on i will be starting. Im also upset how some members are not logging on as often and yet i see them on 24/7 on other chars. I cant do this group myself when other members complain we have no active or online members when they come on, i recruit and ppl leave because we have no one on to show them we are active. With this i say plz be active, plz respect the group and what im doing for it, i made us a map so we could rp on it, so we could have fun. So im not asking for u to be on ur TA char all the time, but when u hear that most of us are on and u dont even come on once, ill sense. Thank you and i know this doesn't go for all members.

@Zodiac - Zodiac u HAVE to edit for the weather or ur char will get stuck. When u double click on the particle and weather file choose Open with program and then choose notepad.
@Jae - Yes u may have to reinstall the weather, its the file Petal.jpg Reinstall that one into sky because its not snowflakes they are petals. Some members are having problem with it while others arent so im thinking its just an install problem.

Pharos - The group got deleted due to a common glitch. Ouka should have it back up and running soon.
Armoraq - If you jump on over to the download's section of the website (should be a link on the front page of this thread) and click on the Volcano Map, it should take you to Mediafire. Once you download the zip file from there, there's a notepad file that tells you how to get the map on your game.

ALL READ PLEASE - PACK CHANGES
Ive been discussing things with some people, and thinking of it myself. I beleive the reason we dont have a truly active pack is due in my part of not properly ranking members. Which is why i will be starting of today. Application will remain the same, ppl can request what they want but i will decide in the end on how their being is. As with this change will come changes with current ranks. My Beta's & Alpha' (not me dur) Need to change perhaps. I need Beta's & an alpha who are gonna be on game, rather then on forum or occasionally on game. Not saying the current ones havent done a great job, i will still keep macer a alpha for now, and Macer u will remain a moderator with me of this pack helping me accept ppl and organize things. Which is why i will be making a Council Ranking. This will consist of ppl who i can be sure of will take great care in their duty like macer has. But i only do these changes because as of the pack getting deleted i noticed rarely anyone remained online with me to help bring ppl back. If ppl stayed on with me and hung around im sure more would join us, not to mention help recruit by shouting and posting stuff.
These changes will take place as of now and i will be recreating ranks slowly and adding descriptions. Council will be made for those who want to help moderate this pack like macer has and if ur interested plz fill out the form below as to why u want it. Thank you guys for being a great pack and hope this will increase activity.

Those are great ideas. This is a wonderful pack and hopefully it will get people regularly active.

Hey guys, id like more recruitment etc. so i was wondering. What would u guys think if we had our own website where ud have to register. I sorta thought maybe members would stay longer and permanent if they had to actually register on a site. It would have forum posts and downloads, everything that ive made threads of etc. on it. If you guys would like to see a site be made for The Akuba lemme know.
NOTE: this would be a differ site then the one thats alrdy made currently, that one would be closed and the new one would take over. Ther new one would have more interactive things for everyone and profile images for everyone :)

So ive talked to some friends and thought bout it. How would u guys feel if we maybe joined TEC, The ebon circle? Thing is they are black characters with light markings, and we would have to register on their site. Yea i got a big boost today. Everyone wanting to stay not to mention i spoke with Tigg today. He was gonna talk to ramiraz and try to get this bug fixed. He said it is infact a bug and nothing im doing is wrong, that no matter what way i make the group it shouldnt delete and it shouldnt happen so its not our fault :) so i will continue to try and work at it.

If anything we can add each other as friends. That way the pack could stay together, even though it would be difficult sifting through long friends lists.

Ugh, I had that problem before. I had a double particle and I coun't find the copy of the one, so I had to delete most of my particles to get ingame. Then, I had to redownload so I could have the ones I deleted back >.< Ugh.

Alrighty. So For jae - If ur talking bout The akuba volcano map, its because u didnt install correctly. double check where u put all the files AND make sure u did EVERYTHING listed for the weather. Its is the most common problem i see with maps. So make sure u edited the files like i said with the coding. Its a must.
Trigger what u need to do is delete the files from whatever map u downloaded and it will be fixed. most likely a file wasnt placed correctly and it is crashing ur game. If that doesnt fix it, then ull proly have to reinstall feralhearts. so what i recommend is saving any files in the game u want and place in a seperate folder then unistall reinstall and place those files back so u didnt lose much :)

Hey guys! Just letting the Alphas know that I might not be on for about a week/week and a half. I've been having eye trouble lately, and I think it might be because of my laptop screen. I'm testing to see if that's the cause or not, if not, then I should be on after the week and a half. Also, I'm leaving on the 27 to the 30, those days I won't be using Feral Heart (Because I have a tournament I'm going to that's out of town)

Demin re make a character then. Unless u delete the map u got stuck in or fix it thats only way u can get out, making a new char wont harm ya so try that. We need members online and active so plz dont use ur char in a pack as a test dummy next time plz.
