Title: firts time preset

I put a lot of work in a preset, but I wondering, when I go to preset maker and export it and star the game with it, people can see it?

 Nope.
In order for other people to see your preset, you would need to upload the preset file to a file sharing website (like mediafire.com) and provide a link for people to download. If they download the preset file and put it in their preset folder, then that's when they will see it.

ok but what about a installer of markings and items I donwload here?

If you install markings and items, people will only see them if they also have the exact same pack installed, otherwise your character will appear either white or with the wrong markings.
