Title: I need some one who can make glowing presets!

I need someone to make me a preset. Here's what I want: I need a back mane and an eyecover mane. That needs to be the icey blue just as the markings. The markings I want to be celtic. They also need to be icey blue and also need to be glowing. I want the eyes to also be icey blue. You can do whatcer eye type you want as long as it looks good still. I want her paw pads to be icey blue and her pelt I want to be black. If you need more details message me and if you are willing to do this preset respond or message me. :)
