I believe this thread belongs in the Request/Find meshes, floof. Careful on where you place your topics in the future.
Also, I know of a mod similar, if not exact, to what you're requesting. Though, the problem is, it doesn't only show during the night. It remains as is, though the lighting in the game during the day makes the mod barely visible unless you view closely. Hopefully that makes sense and you can decipher what I'm speaking about. If not, then here's some screenshots of my friend, Vanquished, who has the mod. (Since I don't have the mod.)
