 Yes I believe there is a hare mesh made, I think it's only a snow hare.

I've never download meshs before so idk if these are active, but give it a try, just download the ZIP file and you'll have your mesh. Plus there is LOTS of animal meshs in this trend so just in case you are looking for other animals, I would get it here.
She also has lots of other meshes besides animals that are worth looking into.
