Title: Presets: Can it changes colour at every 1-2 minute?

 Hello people.
Were wondering at least,I saw some people,not a lot,who did some coding for a rainbow preset.

 What is a rainbow preset?
It is a preset,which can changes it's colour ex: red lines to blue lines.It's possible a preset coding,and I am looking forward to it.
More simple,I want a code which can change my preset's colours at every 1 2 3 4 minute xD

I don't call it an official rainbow preset,it's something like , colours moving and rainbow ?... Do you guys have that code,or just some suggestions for it ?

I am disperately needing it.

I think you can just use a scrolling texture, and if you edit a certain part of the cooding you can change the scrolling speed(correct me if im wrong)
Sorry, I dont know exactly how to do it, but I do think its possible. :/
