I see chu has stumbled upon mah charrie name help, so you must be looking for help if your are stumped for a name.
Here are some things that could fit your idea:
Food Names-
These names are cute for chibis and such.
Examples: Chip, Cream, Pop, Jelly, Peanut, and more.
Random Letters-
These names are pretty much just random letters put together for an exotic feel. Some creative advice for this is to get a word search and take out random letters:

Inuit-
This is a very good language for making names, since they have so many words for things I didn't even think about before. These names best suit the canine models.
