Title: I can log into the forums, but not the game?

So, you see, I've just recently gotten my account. I can get onto the forums fine [Otherwise this post wouldn't exist!] but the game... Well, I simply cannot get it to work. I've tried my Username, forum name, changing my password, closing and reopening the FH window... Every trick in the book that I know of! May I please get a bit of assistance, if it's not too much to ask?

 Does your username or password have any special cases in it such as . , ? ! & @ $ in it? Cause if it does then it does cause some glitches in your account already. Also if it isn't that, then if your username over 16 characters long?

Ah, mine has twenty characters... Is there any way to fix that?

No, I don't think there is any way to change your username. Maybe message one of the staff?

 Yeah over 20 characters can be bad. You can try to talk to staff, but I think in the long run they are just going to say that nothing can be done and you might need to just make another account.

Okay then. Well, how long has registration been open so far? I don't want to delete this account just to wait another month because it closed on me.

 Registration opens up mostly every day at random times. When it does open up, you have about 2 hours before it closes back down. Just check on the FH site periodically and see if it opens up again. It was opened today this morning for sure.
