Title: Map linked to another map?

Hello! Im making a map and want to link it to other maps im planning on making such as going into one of my maps and then there is a portal in that map to my other map the way the portal is in bonfire island leading to Ficho tunnel.Please tell me how as ive downloaded maps before and seen they are linked to other maps by a portal.

This PROBABLY might help... I really don't want to go through the whole thing right now as my brain has been sort of fried by reading and watching something for hours, but I can explain it if you really need it...
