Title: White box browser problem?
Post by: Ingredient on September 13, 2013, 07:25:18 am
Well yeah, I have this blank empty box right in the middle of my screen when my browser is open.  It just randomly appears and I can't close it unless I close my browser. I can't move it, can't block it with AdBlock, can't seem to get rid of it. It has happened on Firefox and Google Chrome and I can't seem to find a solution on any of the Support pages. I really do not want to switch to Internet Explorer. I only switched to Google Chrome because I couldn't get rid of this problem on Firefox.

Does anyone know how to fix this? My browser is up to date so I don't need to update it.

Thanks!

Hmm, I'd say this thread should be rather in the "Help" section, no?

Anyways, about your question... Oh well, I've never heard or had a problem like yours. Maybe you should try changing your browser's theme?

Actually, Blake, this does belong in Discussion board because it doesn't involve FH itself, lol. Anyway.. :P

Did you possibly try restarting your computer..? I honestly have no idea why it's doing that, but it could be a computer glitch.

Nothing seems to be working but I'm able to move the box now. I'll just have dragging the box out of my way until I can get this issue sorted.

Thanks guys ^^

That's odd, ive never seen that before at all. Perhaps its just your internet browser or you perhaps need to delete all your internet browser cookies.

Oh this happened to me before only that it was on the bottom right part of my screen. I don't really remember what I did, but I think I restarted my laptop, ignored it, closed my laptop, and o.o it was gone. None of what I did would probably help you since you already did all of those...so I have no idea why it's like that. Perhaps it's just your computer?
