Feral Heart has suddenly stopped working for me! I'll open it, then the Microsoft Alert Notification will pop up saying there was a problem with FH! I've tried uninstalling, and re-installing, but it keeps happening. I'm using a Windows 8 laptop. :'(

What kind of error are you experiencing?
You perhaps need to delete any old Feral Heart folder that you had before and try to re-download it again. Your Feral Heart folder should be located in your Local (C:) Drive.
If not that then perhaps you need the newest version of Direct X that comes with the game. Usually that's the case when you have a new laptop and need to download it.
-
I did delete the old FH file, and my Direct X is up to date, I'm not exactly sure what the problem is, it was working just fine, then suddenly this. The only thing that I can think of is I was working on a new map, it kinda seemed buggy, but those files are gone now.
-
Then perhaps you need to change your rendering system from OpenGL to Driect3D9
Open up your orge notepad in your Feral Heart folder and put this in if you can
Render System=Direct3D9 Rendering Subsystem
[Direct3D9 Rendering Subsystem]
Only replace the first two sentences in your orge notepad with this
-
It is Direct3D, It always has been.
-
Well, now It's not, now every time I try to change it to direct3D, it moves its self back to the other one, OpenGL
-
Then switch it back to Direct3D9, if it doesn't work with Direct then try OpenGL instead
-
Do you have any saved duplicate files? They may cause a problem like the one you have, and if not, then try deleting the .GOOD file in the FeralHeart folder.
