Title: Registration isn't working and it's open

When ever I try to make an account it says:


IP/Adress blocked.
                                         >:(

Are you trying to make a new account with the same email address? If you are, it won't work. You might as well delete your old account and then make a new account. ;)

I would hold off on actually deleting your account before you actually lose access to respond on the forums. I think you should wait to delete your old account before you make a new account.
Perhaps you need to use a different e-mail and one that is active. If its a problem to where it just wont let you in game then perhaps its some sort of awkward ban.
Well if any case, I would also recommend you sending this to a staff member to see what is up with your account. If they think making a new account is a good idea then go for it.
