Title: Ban problem

I know this shouldn't be the place where I send these, but I'm not getting any help even though I've sent private messages for the moderators. I've waited for the answer long time now, but it hasn't arrived and most probably won't. I've tried to wait for my ban to end, but it just resets itself after the time has gone. Also I have done nothing to deserve a ban.
