Title: Unable to load Terrain.cfg file.
Post by: kiaz1st on September 21, 2013, 01:26:05 pm
Heeeeeeyyyyyy there......I have a small problem.

Well....I had decided I would work on a slightly bigger map than maps I usually make, and it was all going well. But then, when I have to restart my laptop for an update, I go back to it and find a message saying:

Unable to load Terrain.cfg file for Map03!

So I went to check my Terrain.cfg file for my map, and opened it aaaannnddd.....Nothing. It was empty, none of the coding stuff or whatever, but it was all empty. I dunno how it happened, but some help would greatly be appreciated!

Strange, but did you export it to your terrains folder?

I figured it out! I just copied the watermill terrain.cfg file into my other one, adjusted the names, and then figured the rest out ingame! I'm ok now. But while I'm at it, I do have another strange problem.......The water is playing up. Any placed water on the map will not let you rise/fall, you are instantly stuck to the bottom, you cannot rise. And then, when out of the water, you are still swimming for as long as you are over the placed water, as it goes under the terrain when it is placed.......yeah.........o3o
