Ok first what's the name of the game and thennew game has many new freatures (or from what I'm told) you can make a dragon. Cat wolf owl gizel goat and more (I think) if you know any more than please post :)

Sounds like you are talking about Arokai. It's being created by Onowl formerly known as Superfeesh. Look here for more info:

However the only species mentioned so far for that game are felines, canines, dragons, gryphons, deer, owls, and bears.
Either that or one of the new Impressive Title servers since they have many new animal meshes to play with now. Impressive Title was the first original game KovuLKD maker of Feral Heart created. Just search on google for some of those servers and you will find plenty. One of my personal favorites is the Last Moon Impressive Title server.
