Title: Help Me Find A .material File?

You see, I'm going to make a new map, but I need to make a pool where the water's surface looks like it's swirling. Like a whirlpool, and I'm certain that someone has made this material before, but I can't find it to save my life! XD

If you know of one, will you leave me a link and maybe even a screenshot?

If you don't know about one, feel free to make one, I'd love you forever :3
If you do make it, the color should be like... green, purple, or any colors that seem ghostly.

I think you may be talking about Glave's whirlpool particle :)
