I want to create an ocean waves particle for a map. Can someone tell me how to do this?

Hello, love. I am sorry no one jumped onto this sooner but I am pretty sure once you place an ocean it occurs naturally once you put the ground. I hope this solves everything! Return or PM me if you need help!
