Title: I can't make an account for my friend.

I'm trying to make an account for my friend while Registration is open but it says my IP and/or email was blocked by BotScout.  :-[

Hi, make sure you don't double post. Also, there is a mod online right now, that may help you move the board to the right thread.
Anyways, your IP was blocked eh? Well, maybe, if you're in Google Chrome or something, CTRL + SHIFT + N will make you enter in anonymous mode, maybe this will fix the issue. You should try copy the URL from the activation in the e-mail (in the normal mode) and try that. Hope this helps, floof. ;)

You probably already know this, but just in case, you can't make more than one account with the same email address. Hope you can make that account ;D

 This kind of error has been occurring for a while now and its a forum issue really. Raz is trying to fix it so this kind of glitch would stop.
But you can always try to register in a different internet browser if you want to just test it out
