Title: Friend's Account problem.

Heya! Was wondering if someone could help us out with this... but my friend Azielle has not been able to log into her account at all these past couple of days. All of this started when she tried to make a new account on FH the last time Registration opened. When she tried to log back into her account named Azielle, it said it had not been activated yet. Though she's had it for I must say quite some time. It's important she gets it back, since she can not simply switch accounts, due to being in charge of a large roleplay and having many files saved on that account with presets and such. Everyone just knows her by that name as well... it'd be a pity to change accounts for her. I already tried contacting one of the Mods, but have not gotten a response yet, so I decided to try here ^^

Here's what happened now when she tries to log into the site. "Wrong User, wrong password" That and such.

Same for when logging into actual FH, that's the real problem. The Username and password are completely correct, I assure you. I'm posting this just because I fear for my dear friend, I want her to be able to have her account back.

So please... any suggestions babies?

 How long is your username exactly? Cause I know if a username that goes over 16 characters long does make the account a little buggy. Also passwords with special cases in it such as <, %, ^, &, #, $, etc, tend to make the account buggy as well. Really there could be numerous reason why the account doesn't work.
Also, when signing up a new account. You only have about 2 hours of time before it closes down and you will have to wait for the next one. All in all I would ask a staff member to really look at your account so they can give you a better answer since they do have the tools to look at your account and see what's wrong. Also, did you made sure the mod you sent it to was a active member?

I would send one of em a message one more time, they should get back to you around a one day period. You perhaps just need to be patient

Well, the thing is that the account she tried to register, never really went through ^^' It said the Email didn't match or something. So when she tried to log unto her regular account which isn't very long as the name is exactly this: Azielle.

She couldn't as it said those type of warnings. The girl even tried to change her password, thinking that would help, but now it seems to just be more stubborn xD

Hey, this is Azielle on a friend's account they had shared with me for the purpose of getting help and continuing RPing and whatnot. I assure you It has been well over a day or two since the Mods were contacted, no response. To clear up the situation, My username is Azielle , I've been a member of FH for well over a year now and it is not only me with this issue. Another issue I've encountered is the fact that I cannot login on the site or the game with my normal account. Also, when I attempted to make a new account, I used my second email and TWO other of my emails in attempts to get them to work, they were both blocked by botscout of course (surprise surprise FH...). Also, whenever I attempt to reset my password, the code that it sends me NEVER works, it's always invalid, and mind you I've tried this many times, it's always the same. I'd very much like it if I could at least get a response from a mod or something explaining why this happened and if they're going to fix it or not, and I'm sure everyone with this problem probably expects the same from the mods. Again, whenever I attempt to login on my account via the game or the website, it tells me that my username/password is incorrect or invalid, which isn't true. Again, if I could get a mods help I'd appreciate it greatly instead of being overlooked like a lot of these other threads are in the help section.

Yeeeeeah thanks for the at least ATTEMPTED help Feareh, It'd really be nice if one of the mods would actually help though.

We'll it looks like your account is fine since your are replying from it I think on forums. I do think that if you have a special character in your password that might be the problem.
Although particularly if you have a problem and are requesting to speak with a mod, then I suggest you PM one of them and they should get back to you shortly.

No, this is an account my friend just recently gave me, My friend also tried PMing a mod, but their response didn't help.... But yeah, thanks for your help Feareh, I just changed the FH website usename so it'd say my normal one, the account I'm using now is FeralFang, not Azielle which is for the game.
