Title: Dragon Race (Accepting!)

Everyone knows what a Dragon is.  A large, winged lizard with a ability to breath fire.  Dragons are very proud animals and only a few will allow a human to ride them.  Tame dragons will pick one person to bond with and will never let anyone else ride them but that one person.  Dragons are used for rescue, as pets, for show or the most common, racing.  This roleplay is set in the time time period as today but there are dragons.  You board your dragon in a infamous range along with others.  Or you are looking to find a dragon in the care of the range that will accept you.  The range is for dragons bred to race and to train people to ride and care for them.

The barn is just like a horse barn, just replace the horses with dragons.
Some dragons are rescues and may be untamed, shy or unhealthy.
In this roleplay dragons to not live for thousands of years, they typically die around 60 years old.
Dragons can talk to each other but humans cannot understand them.

RULES
No powerplay and blah blah blah, you should know this.
If you want please pair your character with another person's to make it more interesting.
Don't be your own mate/boyfriend/girlfriend.

Farrow stood in his stall with his head poking out.  He looked around the barn with half closed sad eyes.  He always watched the door in case someone new would come in that he understood and would accept as his rider.  It was boring to be alone but he also did want just anyone.

Akamaru curlednup at the back of her stall her missing leg layer there just a stub she growled and Stoddard up and walked over to the door falling and hitting her head on the door as she leaned on the side of her body with the missing leg

     Mimodae looked up. He looked over the door of Akamaru's stall. "Something wrong, my friend?"
     Morita looked at his dragon, seeing that he had become distracted by another. However, all he could hear was the dragon's language.

     He nodded. "If you say so." He was new to such a place, so Mori didn't really know how he was supposed to put a dragon like his own into a stall that looked to small for him. He looked around to find anyone who was putting their's in a stall, so he could copy it.

Leon was alerted by the sound of Akamaru falling.  He walked quickly into the barn and found her laying in her stall, looking defeated.  He opened the stall and knelled beside her.  He softly stroked her head.
"Your going to need to walk more often so this doesn't keep happening." He said.

    Mori practically hid behind his dragon as they walked. He walked into the stall first, led Mimodae in, turned him around, and walked out of the stall. He was tall enough that his head rose a little bit above the door so he could look his dragon over.

"Good girl," Leon said as he patted her neck.  "Maybe you should go out in the field and move about?" He said.  The field as just a big open space with a metal fence around it.  The fence wasn't to keep the dragons in, it was to keep animals that could bother them out.  Of course the dragons could just fly right out, but they wouldn't leave their human partners.  Dragons without a partner would be tied to a very long chain so they could move about but couldn't fly off.  He opened the stall door to get the lead to take Akamaru out.  As he walked away he noticed Farrow who was looking very sullen in his stall.
"Could you take Farrow out?" He asked Morita.  He knew he wouldn't be able to answer with words but he would know by if he did take him out or not.

     He blinked, wondering which one Farrow was.
     Mimodae glanced towards the one that was in the stall next to his own, guessing it was that one.
     Focusing on his dragon's movements, Mori got a lead from the tak room and approached Farrow's stall.

Farrow raised his head when Morita came near him.  He reached out his neck to sniff him.  He didn't get much attention so when someone came around he wanted them around as long as he could get them too and learn about them just because he was curious by heart.

Leon picked out Akamaru's reins and returned with them.  It looked like Morita was going to take Farrow out and he had found the correct dragon.  Leon opened her stall again and gently put the reins over her snout and over her ears.

     Morita looked towards his dragon, as if asking for his permission.
     The snake-scaled being was asleep on his feet, neck craned so that his head hung over the door like a rag.
     The human shook his head with a faint smile, got a note book from his backpack and a pen, then gently pet Farrow on the nose so he could put the lead on his muzzle.

Farrow let out a sound that sounded almost like a purr when Morita touched him.  He allowed him to put the reins over his face, knowing he would be put outside.

     He blinked and smiled lightly as he led Farrow out of the stall and started walking towards the area where the dragons could roam.

Farrow walked behind him.  He had to walk slower than normal so he wouldn't hit into Mortia.  Human legs were so much smaller than dragon's.  But he was happy, his tail slowly moved back and forth and he still seemed to be purring.

     He opened the door with his foot, letting natural light flood into the stable. He smiled at Farrow silently, and led him out. He ducked a little, to keep from getting hit by hatchlings in the process of learning how to fly. He laughed silently, as one barreled into his gut; a little wyvern. He helped it back into the air, and it flew just fine.

Farrow chirped and looked up at the small hatchlings flying about.  He found them cute, but he also liked them out of his hair, or scales since he didn't really have hair.

Farrow shook his head before walking away from Morita.  He stretched out his wings and yawned, showing long sets of white teeth.

Leon lead Akamaru outside slowly.  He made sure she was walking properly.

Leon led Akamaru into the field and took off the reins.  He patted her neck before leaning on the gate around the protected area.  He glanced over at Morita's drawings.
"Looks just like him." He commended.

Farrow walked out to a patch of tall grass and laid down in it.  Several grasshoppers jumped for their lives away as he went down.  He yawned deeply and closed his eyes, a smile on his face.

Leon smiled then looked back at the dragons out.  People usually put dragons out then go back to whatever they were doing.  But he stayed in case Akamaru needed help.

Personality:Kerminate, is rather a hotshot, then he is calm. His always protecting what's his. He never let's someone mess with him, if you mess with him, you gonna get yourself killed. Kerminate, rarely gives up in a fight, if he does, that's it, why he honnor's you, that your powerful the him.
History:Kerminate, dosen't really reamember where he was born, after the exident, that he was throwen down into the waterfall, hoping he would die and wont survive. He almost didin't, but he survived the fall. After swimming to the shore, he couched some water out, before he saw a shade benife his structure. Looking up, he saw a rufless looking man. The man adopted Kerminate as his own, and teached him the way of crulness. He boude that one day, when his older, he gonna run away.

Leon frowned for a moment then caught himself.  He didn't hate Morita's dragon but he did dislike his personality.
"You should watch him, he doesn't like other dragons much right?" He asked.

Farrow got up and walked toward Akamaru.
"Are you doing ok?  You fell back in the stable." He asked.

     Yusuke sighed as she walked through the barn with the stroller of dragon eggs. Her voice carried into the ears of the dragons, and the six eggs in the stroller pulsated with life to the sound of her voice. Many of the dragons seemed soothed. "All those dreams, all of my hope, all life come undone. In a world beaten and broken I can see a rising sun burning down, scorching the earth, nowhere left to hide. Try to stop all this destruction, find a way, turn the tide. Reveal the bond that's made between the light and the shade."

     Morita nodded. He knew fairly well how he was. He got up and walked to the barn, then looked in silently. His eyes widened faintly as he watched Mimodae raise his head and put his large muzzle into the stroller. But, he couldn't help but listen the the voice that echoed inside from the girl with the white hair. He listened, before motioning for Leon to come and listen, too.
     The large, snake-scaled dragon chuckled faintly as he gently nuzzled an amber colored egg that seemed to have fire swirling over its shell as it illuminated to show that it was living, and the chick inside acknowledged the adult one's presence.

Leon looked at all of the eggs carefully placed on the stroller.  Each one had its own shape, color and size that told you which breed of dragon was inside.  He did know a few types of eggs, not many though.  He spotted a small white egg with blue speckles that he guessed was some type of pygmy wyvern.  To test what Yusuke said he softly touched the egg and it shook softly.
"What's that mean?"  He asked.

(Sorry, had other plans lately. Anyways, i'll post. ^.^ )

The young dragon laid silently, as he opened his eyes.
They were like gone, but they moved....
His tail shivered, as he titeled his neack up. Looking around, the young dragon, laid there, as he was lonely, but it felt good.
Standing up, he looked around, before he saw a meat laing on the ground. Padding towards it, he reached for it slowly. When he took it, something moved, he looked around, as he didin't saw anything. Felling as he was up, he saw it was a trap. Roaring for a way out, he tride to get out. He roard again once more for someone. But nobody came.
He could of burned the trap with his breathing fire, but he coulden't breath fire, or anything. He was a simple flying dragon, who fought for freedom.
But one thing was one~ Who set out the trap for him?

     The girl sighed as she ran back to her family's shop as quickly as possible. She placed each and every egg in their correct incubaters, so that they would all be safe. She grabbed her flute and got things ready to go.
     "Are you heading out?" A man sang from nearby.
     She cleared her throat and looked at him. "Something's going on in the forest, and I want to see what's wrong..." she said quietly. Despite living with this man for the time she has, she hated him... he was one of those who wouldn't hesitate using her as a pawn.
     "Out of most people, I believe you are the most intuned with the dragons. You seem to sense something wrong every day, and wind up bringing home orphaned eggs." he sighed and crossed his arms as he looked at her. "Just be careful out there... I don't want you coming home in a body bag. It's bad for business." he chuckled and went to the room in the back.
     She sighed... he was an utter... oh, she could call him some words that no one should be saying at all. But, she refrained herself from doing so.
