Title: Registration and Banned

Hi I'm Lunii And I need help with the registrations closed.. Mi Friend Want play Feral Heart and she can't because the registrations are closed.. Why is closed? and I'm Banned for 1 year .. and I left six months more
I want back now please can someone can get back me to the game? plz Help
