Title: In need of Savannah/African meshes

I am working on a map for a friend and I was wondering if anyone could link me to any easy-to-use meshes I could use in my map.
Here's a list of things I will definitely need:

+Rocks

+Animals (Oryxs, wildabeests, zebras...)

+Trees

+Plants
