Title: Questions about making a preset

How do you make it so that a metallic texture is overlayed over the main? I can't seem to get this to work fully.

Also, I'm opening this to everyone to post in about preset related questions where one can help each other. I thought that this would be a nice idea.

I recommend using Ruby's preset coding tutorials (http://www.feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_jfusion&Itemid=2&jfile=index.php&topic=26062.0) to work with these sort of codes.

Although you want your character to be mostly metallic, from what I understand, I believe it will still work the same as making metallic markings--just with a bit more transparent areas. Read her links and you'll understand what I mean.

As for the "preset question section," that one isn't necessary, since we do have a Help board just for these questions. If everyone came here to ask their questions, then it would get confusing if everyone is helping different people on completely separate preset issues.

We appreciate the thought, but let's just keep individual issues in their own threads. c:
