Hey guys it's my first time on and i am using windows seven. I really need to know how to fix this problem-
I downloaded the game and everything, and made it a desktop icon. (Before any of this, I went on my computer to see if i had enough storage space, and I had about 600 gigs. So that's not the problem.) Anyways, when I clicked on the desktop icon, it gave me a screen that was small. It said all the brightness settings and whatnot, and I clicked OK. So when that happened, an EVEN SMALLER black screen came up for a couple seconds, and then vanished. AFTER THAT a new tiny box came up that said something along the lines of, FERALHEART.EXE IS NOT WORKING. WINDOWS 7 IS TRYING TO FIND A SOLUTION. That went into a waiting screen for about 5 seconds, and then said WINDOWS COULD NOT FIND A SOLUTION. WINDOWS WILL NOW CLOSE THE PROGRAM, AND WILL REPORT WHEN IT HAS FOUND A SOLUTION. It never did...I don't get it. I have done this like a billion times and before downloading deleting the older files. HHHHHHHAAAAAAAAALLLLLLP! :o :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :( :( :( :( >:( >:( >:(

I noticed another help thread with this issue... and that person had the exact same type of computer. (And all the caps in your post are unnecessary.) Go through with your particles folder (FeralHeart > Media > Particles) and delete any files ending in something like _0 or _1. Hope this helps.

I can help you, I can usally find the problem, but I have to do something like join.me, becuase I need to see what's going on... that's the only way I can help though, and with me I can usally fix it. Maybe, no promises though.
