Title: Graphic Errors..?
Post by: ZombieKitteh on November 06, 2013, 12:10:45 pm
I've never seen or had anything like this happen to me in the past when playing Feral-Heart. I got a new computer a month ago or so. It up to par with my old one aside from it having.. Windows 8. This has only happened to me twice and in both cases logging out and back in fixed it. Anyone have any idea what's causing this? Is it my graphics card or drivers? If so what sort of graphics card should I be looking for if mine isn't good enough. I get no lag just.. this sometimes.

When I got my new laptop this summer, I got this exact same thing. It's a rendering issue, is all, so all you need to do is go in-game, go to Options>>Video, and then select Direct3D9 under your rendering system. The, restart the game.
Direct3D9 is the FH render system for Windows, so it should fix the issue, especially if you've also been experiencing random crashes along with it.

Is your Graphics card up to date? And maybe something is wrong with your video card? That happened to me on my laptop a few months ago, I thought it would be alright and my VC melted xD... But yea.. Check both- good luck!

Thanks- though that's why I made this thread.. to see if my graphics card and specs are ok for FH or if they're not how I should go about making them ok. Or what sort of graphic card I should be looking for xP

If it's Direct3D9, change it to Open rendering system? Like Linger said.

Mine does it often, I am actually not sure what video card my tech savvy friend got me. It had higher quality then normal ones. Just look for very high quality ones. As well as update yer soft wares like, that deal width video and rendering files etc. directx just got a new update recently, so try that.c:

Good Lord. I've had some of this happen to me sometimes. When you are magically standing on nothing. Usually restarting your computer or switching rendering systems works out
