Have you ever wondered what it'd be like not to be defined by what the color of our eyes were?
Welcome to the City of Iris
Here is a land of which is strictly under rule of the Queen, Nimphina. The land of Iris consists of a... different approach to the jobs people obtain.
Long ago, through the barren lands of Iris, there was but six travelers. One had green eyes that could see the sharpest movement, and was a skilled fighter; as he was built to fight and protect. He was their Hunter. Another held the color of the sea; a beautiful blue. She was the one who dreamed of the sky, and wished to heal and make others smile. She was the Medic of the group. The one with the strange golden eyes was their leader, a man who stood proud and protected his group with his life. He thought of the things that needed to be done, and executed them perfectly. The only woman in the group had strange violet eyes, ones of a bright purple that could see into your soul. She was the one who could sense the littlest of changes in their surroundings. She was their Look-out, which would later become a Shaman. Another man held the eyes of scarlet, and was a violent, yet mellow man. He was their Warrior. But finally... came the man with the white eyes. He was rumored to of had a birth-defect which made him blind. All he saw was white, and his hair was the color of freshly fallen snow. This man stayed to the darkness, and was known as the outcast.
As they traveled through time, they later met different humans and creatures of which they became involved with to produced Progeny. When civilization was beginning in this land, the man with the eyes of Gold became their king... with a woman with the eyes of Violet. Gold became the color of Royalty, and all the Royal family holds ownership of these wonderful eyes. Green became the sharp-eyed hunters of the civilization, but soon some started to drift towards Technology and Mechanics. Blue became the doctors and nurses of the City of Iris. Red were the solders and sometimes... even royal guards. White is no longer existing... at least at our knowledge. And finally, Violet became the Shamans of the city. What the Shamans were are religious figures to the city, yet... sometimes they are also Fortune tellers, Psychics, and even Mediums! (Mediums are ones who can speak to the fallen)
If you were to have bi-colored eyes... discrimination is all you knew. You were split between two, and finally... you would have to decide one by twenty, or be banished from the city. These unfortunate ones are forced to wear a color contact for their other eye all their life. Color contacts aren't allowed to be worn, or bought... unless given to by the Queen or King themselves.
Theme is modern society with old-fashioned ways and attire!
There is Four sections of the kingdom!
Loggan
(Log-gain)
The harbor section is the second largest, and is full of the poorest of people. Poverty pollutes this area, and you will never see anyone in a presentable attire. Clear of Red eyes, as they only serve in the higher sections.
Nima
(Knee-ma)
The largest section, which is full of lower class people. All eye colors rain here, and most of the bi-colored humans take refugee here.
Tao
The highest class reign here, full of people in extravagant palaces and are just... in simple terms; modern royalty.
Brickton
All the Royals reign here, and only the best of the other Iris will work under the queen and king. This is the smallest, since it's located in the middle of the city and is surrounded by a large wall.

We are located by an ocean, and the city is very large... almost the size of Texas. They are divided into different sections!

Basic Background: Ayalise was found on the outskirts of the city when she was five, gaudy and starving to death. The princess at the time was very sick, and pitied for her, bringing her back to Brickton. The royal family raised her, and Ayalise began to learn how to serve them as they did her in her time of need. The princess died when she became a head maid, and the girl has been partially a selective mute since then.
Extra: She used to be a very loud and joyous figure, and was soon selected to be a spy after the princess' death.

It's allowed! ^^ but how the White eyed people are seen now, the royals try to hunt them down since they are suppose to remain nonexistent. The people of the lower ranked districts will protect him/her as if smuggling him through the kingdom. Section of Kingdom: She doesn't really have a certain section since she is smuggled, she is found roaming the Nima and the Loggan at points, she usually hides in the Loggan for the fact it is the poorest area, and royal ones won't find her there that well.
Occupation: She doesn't really have an occupation, but she at points can be a healer or shaman.
Relationship: Porcelain doesn't have a crush, or a lover.
Basic Personality: She is seen as a fragile, sensitive girl in terms of emotions- one who would break when exposed to a great amount of pressure. But despite this fault, she is a hard-working, determined girl, who is a naturally intelligent person. She is soft-spoken and quiet, and is naturally one who is able to hide easily in the crowd. Due to her strange coloring, and the fact she must be kept a secret has made her a very shy, reserved girl- and she won't open up easily to others she doesn't know. Timid and nervous around others that aren't close to her make her wary and cautious- which is why she doesn't make much friends.
Emotionally, she is weak- but physically, she is a warrior. You see- her mother and her father had red eyes, and so did she at a young age, with grey hair instead of the snow-white color it is now. She was trained as a soldier, yet soon- her mother and father noticed her eyes changing, and even her hair changing. The girl, when she was only twelve, had completely changed. Her hair was a pure white, beautiful and as pure as her spirit, the color of the freshly fallen snow, and not at all like the dull grey it was before. But the thing that changed her life were her eyes, that were a beautiful white, framed with dark lashes. They asked her what she saw- and all she saw was white, only vibrant colors such as her mothers eyes standing out to her.
So, they had to go into hiding, and raise their daughter. They knew of the stories of the white-eyed people, the ones who seems to appear then suddenly disappear only to be found dead. They knew they'd have to keep their daughter a secret. So physically, she is a well-trained, dangerous warrior, in the form of an assassin- a nightmare in the dark. Only her personality proves to not make her as deadly as she could actually be. She is more kind, sweet, rather than cold or dark. She has an optimistic outlook on life most of the time, being a passive, peaceful, carefree girl with a love for all things nature- she has a loving, tender touch, and is always willing to lend and hand to those that need it, which does make her a bit naive.
Porce has an innocent mind, anything dirty doesn't seem to exactly apply to her, and even thinking of relationships, or anything physical besides hugging or the friendly kiss from a relative makes her become embarrassed and shy to the subject; but she is a natural, heavy hope-less romantic, whether she likes it or not. She is a naturally kind, benevolent girl- with a gentle, delicate attitude, and a loving nature to those close to her, with little or no exceptions. She likes to make friends, just quietly. Porce seems to always have her smile ready, and her heart-splayed open to friendship, yet she does this very silently.

But one day- when she was twelve, and the first fallen snow had appeared outside their homes, they had walked in- to see a completely changed girl. Porcelain had snow-colored hair, as pure and as innocent as her personality. Her eyes were the same, and they were surprised, was that even their daughter?
