Title: No login, but tried everything!

So i tried really EVERYTHING! I deactivated my firewall, i changed my password 3 times and even made a new account, and it just wont work! I am unable to log in in the game, PLEASE HELP!

What is the error message that comes up?
Is it something along the lines of your user name and password are incorrect?

I believe this has been happening to a lot of people who recently registered.
Make sure than your password is under 16 characters long, FH can sometimes mess up if passwords are longer. You can change it to a shorter one on the website under Profile -> Account related settings. There will be a box that says 'change password'.

If it is a message telling you that your password/username is incorrect, Quai stated it's probably a glitch since there have been help threads like this before.

Make sure your username is not more than 16 characters long.
