Title: I need help navigating through maps!

Please can someone make an overall map of all realms? i can only find a way to go to a few worlds! Please HELP!!!

If you go onto the forums and move your mouse near the scroll bar (do not touch it though) you can see a column that says: Map and Users. You can find many maps on there.

Now I don't know how to get into there since I can't play Fh right now, but if you get into Cape of Distant Worlds, you will find portals there, which lead you into different maps that were made.
