Title: Glowing markings?

Hi, I was wondering if there was a picture how to  make neon/glow markings? (In my case I already have transparent on my preset if that changes anything).
Help please?

Hope that helps too, I myself was about to make a thread asking for preset help and I thought I'd throw in something on this one beings I just came across a tutorial for this ;)
