Not really game help but more of a Question..
ok you can have up to 100 Chars and was wondering do Presets count as well? or are they sepreate?

No, presets do not count as a whole character, think of them as more of a costume for your char(s). Its like items and mass markings, its something the char wears, but is not counted as a char itself ;)

Your welcome, I'm kind of newly experienced with presets but I know that they don't count as a full character, just a costume is basically what it is, and can be used on more than one char
