Title: Territory Marking & Hunting

Hey! I know you guys had a reason to remove the hunting feature and territories and things, but wouldn't
T it be interesting if you could somehow mark off your territory? And make it so that you can only mark it once, that way people wouldn't run around marking things up just for fun. And once you mark a territory you could have prey spawn somehow.... Kind of like the way prey does in WolfQuest. Somehow a warning can go off like, "you are now entering SnowDust's territory," when another creature goes across territory. And the prey can only be touched by the person it belongs to. It sounds like it would be really hard to create, but it would be nice.

It would be great for private maps, Small island maps, ECT BUUUUUT, It is against the rules to claim terriorty in public maps that includes downloaded maps that are made for the public. If it could be an optaion on FH maps that would be so amazing! If you like I can try out some codeing and try to make terriory making and moving prey BUT you will have to make a private map or find one that is unused so you don't get in trouble.

And I'm not sure if you already know this or not but the game creator KovuLKD left the game back in 2011. He left with the source codes so now there is no real way to update the game. This is a nice idea (not counting the "No Map Claiming" rule),  but we can only dream about it. That is unless Kovu comes back which is highly unlikely.

But yes, Raz can add minor things like how he added Prest Sync, mods, Downloadabled maps!

Sadly, territory claiming is against the rules of the game, so that idea would be out the window immediately. Also, it's sad to say that I think any major changes like hunting are not possible now KovuLKD has left. He was the only one who really had full access for such updates, so that idea would not really be possible, unless a new game was created from scratch along the lines of Last Moon.

Not to mention, if that were ever allowed in public maps...think of how laggy and chaotic it would be. People fighting all the time for areas, little notifications popping up whenever someone enters your little bit of territory, and so on. It just wouldn't work very well. A nice idea, though.

Sounds cool, for private maps. But not in the Public. e.e (Btw, the game isn't gonna be updated anymore, as Dtargazer just explained :S)

Mm. That would cause a bit of chaos. There's always a reason, behind something. Territory markings would just, yes, lag it and make people angry. If someone crossed the border, it'd cause havoc.. But, thanks for your idea. c.~

As a lot of people said, territory claiming is against the rules. But...
The hunting idea is a good idea. Even though people hunt NPC's, It would be fun to hunt real animals.
Since Kovu took the codes, I don't think any updates will happen.
