Title: Do people see your downloaded markings?

Do they? I was just curious, as I'm downloading a new marking pack.

It depends on whether the order of the markings in other peoples' markings.cfg file is the same as yours. If you're downloading a markings pack that's commonly used then it's likely that most people will see them as you do. It's the same with items; if your .cfg file is different someone else's, they will see the markings/items differently.
