Title: *Sigh.* Map maker problem?

So I recently been having a problem with exporting maps, I have done it in the past and it worked fine. But now when I try to export, it says I did it right and that it exported but there is no portal, there is the files where they are meant to be when exported but no portal? Anybody know how to fix this?

Erm..if you've made the map and saved it then there should ALWAYS be a portal as long as the map file exists. If it isn't showing up for others who've downloaded it, make sure they're putting everything in exports, make sure you're getting all the files for them. More detail on the situation may be needed. Please reply if the problem persists.

You can try not exporting but using the other option they have thats how i get my maps to work just exporting never works for me.

I have not given anybody the link to it yet, it is not showing up for me, and I made the map and hit the save & export button. The files are there in the folder, I checked.

You pressed save for you? The export is for other people.

That's correct, YOU don't need to export to see the map, exporting transfers the files that others need to access your map. If you'd saved and it had saved properly then in cape there should be a portal for your map, if not then I have NO idea what the problem is considering I've never seen it happen before.
