Both of my daughters have Feral Heart accounts (WaterStrike and WaterStrike123).  WaterStrike is still working. 

However, WaterStrike123 is not working.  When I try to login, it says that the account does not exist.

Can you tell me what has happened to the account WaterStrike123.

Yes you want to contact staff with a problem like that.

 Do you use any special characters in your password such as ( # $ % ^ &) cause these are known to make things a little buggy. But I highly recommend PMing a staff member (particularly Red) since they can take a look in the account and see what's wrong.
