Title: More preset problems
Post by: amber321 on December 02, 2013, 09:46:30 am
I was copying how to get a preset into FH thingy, and when I went into preset maker, the character went all yellow and black. I didn't post a screenshot of it because I know other people have had the same problem. Please help.

Did you make the preset yourself, or did you download it from somewhere?

Either way you need to make sure the preset name (example: preset_11body.png ) has the same name as the folder you're saving it in.

Go into the C:Feralheart folder

(http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/xq90/197/fy0k.png) (http://imageshack.com/i/5hfy0kp)
Click on the my_presets folder

(http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/xq90/854/hzti.png) (http://imageshack.com/i/nqhztip)
Now open the preset folder where you've saved the preset files (we're gonna use preset_11 as an example)

(http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/xq90/17/930w.png) (http://imageshack.com/i/0h930wp)
preset_11body should be saved in the preset_11 folder

(http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/xq90/46/xp3p.png) (http://imageshack.com/i/1axp3pp)
Open the code text file (with notebook) that you can find in the preset_11 folder

(http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/xq90/62/3wl3.png) (http://imageshack.com/i/1q3wl3p)
Preset files are often exported as either .jpg or .png - makse sure you've exported the preset file in the same fileformat as the code is written in.

If everything looks right and you still can't get it to work, it could be because of the coding.

Good luck! // Shallow

Adding on to what Shallow said if you downloaded it from somewhere you look and see if the file is saved as a  .png, if not then transport that file to FeralHeart>>Presets and stick it in there. Because sadly, that preset wasn't made for you to wear, just for you to see the other user wearing it. Hope this helps c:
