I know how to install item packs, but I wondered if it is possible to do own Items?
If yes does anyone know how?
I tried to google it but I only found tutorials how to do objects....

it is possible to have itmes on your character. If you want to learn how to create your very own items refer to the quote below:

Download Blender at www.blender.org (http://www.blender.org) and look up some video tutorials and that should improve your modeling skills. Once you're confident about 3D modeling then I'll find you some links that will help item making for Feralheart ;)

To make your very one objects you need to be familiar with a program called blender. This tool is the one that makes literally everything in Feral Heart. Blender from my understanding is a free program you am download. For some tips on making blender objects, you some beginning youtube tutorials on how to work with blender, and also look at this link for more helpful tips.
