Title: Verified and signed up completely; But not in-game?

I just got a new FeralHeart account not too long ago and I was really looking forward to playing, but even after I reviewed the password and username a million times, it still said something was wrong.

If your username and password are over 16 characters then you will not be able to log into the game. You may have to create a new account, unfortunately.
