ok I made a new Account and well I've tried to log into both the game and fourms and it gave the 5 wrong times get's a 15 min bann and then on the fourms it says invalid..

Is the user or password more than 16 characters?

Are you sure you activated your account correctly? Are you using the same email for that account as your have for SilentFlame?

You might just need to try and change your password, that might be the problem.

the password is 11 chars long and yes Star I'm sure I did everything right.

EDIT: my username is 18 Char's long is that one to many?

Yes, it cannot be over 16.
