Title: Friends Cant See My Preset!!

Dont know if i posted this on right spot, but i hope i did.

So to the problem, ill take it step by step what i did.

I maked my preset in slot 3.
Then i logged in and exported the preset under my username.
The now exported FHP file is in presets.
I Went to mediafire and uploaded the preset file.
I Went into FH and put my preset on and Went to the clan map.
Freinds downloaded the FHP file and did put it in -Presets- not My_presets.
THey restarted the game but cant see my preset! ..

What is wrong?  :'(

I did reexport the preset we did the same thing one more time, but they cant still see my preset!!

PLEASE HELP ME!

Are you sure you "made the media fire" correctly? Something must have gone wrong because what you say seems right to me

1. My user in game is AlphaEclipse. My presets show up when I log in with that. BUT, if I logged in with alphaeclipse, they wouldn't show up.
So, go into your presets folder and look if your user is caps (or has caps) and log in with the exact same thing.

That is the most common problem with them. ^^

If you plan on letting others seeing it, upload the .fph to media fire and just give them the link. Make sure they export it to C: >>> feralheart >> presets.

The FHP file is spartan321
And i logged in as spartan321. :/


My friends FHP file is also with small s.

AND the FHP file is uploaded to mediafire for them so see it.   But it dosent work for them to see it.
the numbers and letters are correct.

Here's a quite I found after looking for a solution to your problem:

Solution one: Go to Local Disk (C:)\FeralHeart\Presets and search for the preset file you downloaded. If you see something like 'Username_#(1)' [Or 2, 3, 4..etc..] then just Right click the file, select 'Rename' and delete of the (1) [Or 2, 3, 4... you get the idea]. Then restart FH again!

Solution two: Go to Local Disk (C:)\FeralHeart\Presets and search for the preset file you downloaded. Ask your friend if they have any capitals in their name if you don't see any. Example: You see bigbangtheory but it's actually BigBangTheory. If that is the case then Rename the file to the correct user name and restart FH.

Solution 3: If you're seeing your friend's old preset instead of the new one, all you need to do is Replace the old one with the new one instead of having a duplicate.

Hope this helped a little.

I'mma go look for some more possible solutions. ^^

I did get it to work. :)

Instead of log in as spartan321 and export the file as spartan321.
I did log in and Spartan321 and exported the file as Spartan321.

And that fixed it for some reason. :)
