My friend made a new account, But he can't log in, It keeps giving him the "500" error, What does this mean?

This happens so me sometimes. >.>
- Tell your friend to check their connection
- Restart the PC
- Try another browser
- Wait a day or two

Ok Nvm, He refreshed the page and tried again and it worked but thanks anyway
