Title: Why am I always band?

I haven't been on feralheart for a very long time, like months ago. It always says I'm band. It now says I'm band for 14 days and 2 hours and 35 mins. Why is it doing this, please help?? :-\  I do have another accountm it says the same thing when i try log in. Is it because I do have 2 accounts? how can I change this?

Did you do something before that caused the ban, as you know of?
