ERM.... #BlamesOnFileAnyway
You could maybe try to shrink it down to 512 X 512, lessen detail, or rename it I guess. That's all the suggestions I'd have for now. But first, since I don't seem to recognize it, what art program do you use? ;u; If any of my suggestions have worked at all, then you don't have to answer this, lol.
EDIT: I just found that last picture! First, try this: Placing the files in the "Watermill" folder instead. That might help, actually. ;u; heh..

4. The Image size should be even on both size, the standard size is 513 x 513 pixels.
I've tried to rename it before, doesn't work. And the art program I use is photoshop elements 7 I believe.

Did you use several layers to create this image then flatten it? If you did, then it'll crash because you can't create more layers on it, even if you delete the layers or flatten the image after, it won't work. Your best bet may be to try print screening the image then crop it down so it's just the image then save it again. If this doesn't work then grab the 'watermill.png' heightmask and paste yours over it and save it. Should work after that. OvO

Everything was done on one layer and thats what I did to start with, took the Watermill.png map and just did my own thing from there.

Make sure that you have the capitals correct and be sure that you saved it as a PNG image. If you did everything right, just try renaming it, perhaps.
EDIT: Maybe you should try a different program. Ex. Gimp, perhaps.
