The year is 3020, all of the strays in the city were acting like no other, trying to hunt for food and trying to out run the dog catcher like always in city life. But something happened that none of the strays in the city would never expect to happen...
Last Days~
A stray German Shepard walked the streets to find food for his gang, he luckily came across a trash came loaded with food. "Oh boy!" He whispered to himself very excited with his find. "Today is going to be a great day for the gang!" The Shepard said and dumped the trash can, loading a bag with food from it. Turning around he saw a human but its flesh was rotting. /Odd.../ The Shepard thought and walked forward. The 'human' slashed at the dog but he luckily managed to bite the arm and rip it off. "GAH!" He yelped as he saw the arm rip right off. It scared the crap out of him! Soon, the Shepard grabbed the bag and ran off toward the secret den. "W-W-Walkers!" He shuttered when he arrived at the den. The dogs looked terrified. "We...Know..." One spoke to the leader in a terrified tone.

Arrow looked around the city for a moment to see if any walkers were around to follow him towards the den were the pack usually stayed. Seeing none so far, he sprinted off down an ally and gave a quiet bark to let the others know he was coming in. The dumpster moved, uncovering a large hole in the cement. After he climbed in, the dumpster moved back to its spot that covered up the whole. "Alrighty, I found a dead bird,two squirrels,and a rabbit." He said and dumped them out of a bag he was carrying on his back. "Not a bad find today."

Kairo, in the meantime, had seated himself in the far corner of their "hide-out", curled into a tight ball of patched fur while he averted his eyes up to stare at the ceiling with a twinge of sadness in his gaze. At the Alpha's words, he jerked his head up, somewhat startled at his booming bark before he could lay back down again, inspecting the prey from afar. Nose twitching, he looked, away, flattening his ears with a sigh. He didn't even bother getting up, but simply curled back up and resumed watching the ceiling.

Arrow's gaze fixed on Kairo and he passed him one of the two squirrels. "Share it with someone if you'd please." He said with a slight smile to the scout. "If we have any left overs then we'll possibly have seconds..." He sighed looking at his paws. Harsh times, so many walkers take up all the meat. Flesh eating monsters the walkers are. They don't even give others a chance to get to the meat but I guess that's how their nature was. Blood-thirsty creatures that never stop eating any sort of meat. And never starve unlike other living creatures.

Sledge had been sleeping for a while now, the sounds of the pack being cut out by her dream. The canines legs scraped across the ground as she ran-running from walkers in her dream as she let out barks. And suddenly, she woke up with a growl. Hurrying to her paws she glanced around and gladly the pack seemed safe, letting out a sigh of relief she lowered to her haunches and glanced around. It seemed to pack were eating-allowing the pack to eat first she lowered back onto her stomach. [/color]

The white German Shepherd made her way back to camp, she had a successful hunting trip, managing to get two plump rats. She carried the dead rodents by their tails as she weaved through rubble and trash piles. She heard Arrow's bark and quickened her pace so she could come in right after him. She slid into the hole and followed after Arrow and dropped the carcasses next to his before padding off to lay down. She long white fur was now dirty and tangled due to all the activity she has been doing and the lack of proper grooming from her late human caretakers. She sat in a dimly lit corner and watched the pack move about and ration the food. Maci would love to go find a river to swim in and wash all the dirt and much from her fur, she didn't look disgusting but she hated the feeling of being dirty. She perked her ears as Arrow handed out some food and told them to split it, she laid down and watched them.

Arrow made his way over to Maci giving the Shepherd a warm smile. "Add those to rats to the extra pile which is now basically nothing." He said. A moment later he spoke in a whisper in Maci's ear. "We're moving out of the den tonight, we're taking a risk the longer we stay here, though most walkers are around at night, I have a feeling we'll be safe." Arrow muttered. "Just don't tell anyone else, I'll break the news too the others when we're done eating the fresh meat." He said giving Maci a friendly nudge and walking off to where he left the bird.

"Come on Trip!" There was a long, drawled out whine that came from the smaller canine as she hurried behind her mentor, "It's too early for training," She complained, pouting a bit to try and change the other's mind. For the past week straight they had been training vigorously, for no apparent reason. Sure, she'd probably need it later on, but for now Addie wasn't the fighting dog. She would have been perfectly fine in taking the job of pup-sitting. But that wasn't possible seeing as there were no pups to watch over. So this was the next best thing. It wasn't that bad, at least she had Trip training her. He had been with her for years and separation was a scary thought.
"It's never too early for training," His response was yipped happily as he trotted on with his head high. He was definitely having too much fun. Like always. "Now hurry up," Trip flicked his tail at her before picking up the pace. If they got started early, they would be able to get back to pack.

She sat up when Arrow approached her "Already done, sir." she barked then leaned in to listen to his whisper. She nodded and smiled when he gave her a friendly nudged. She watched him walk to the other dogs before standing up and discreetly getting things in order and ready for moving. She made small piles of supplies they would need around the den, ready to be easily picked up and carried for their journey to who knows where. She jumped in surprise when she heard Arrow's deep bark as he yelled at Diamond, she watched for a moment then looked away and continued organizing things.

Arrow huffed and started to eat half of the bird, he then looked at Maci and nosed the rest to here. "Here you go,eat the rest of this,get your enegry up." He smiled at the Shepherd then walked off to another corner of the room, he heard a few groans of walkers outside and sighed. "Alright everybody listen up, we are leaving this place tonight,and we must stay together as a pack. You've all been in the world long enough to know what kind of walkers we have out there. The big ones are the most dangerous,the others are easy to take out,but one lets out this cry like a little kid,it tries to drag you into her trap with the cry... But when you get close enough your done for..." He said and hopped on a table that was left in the room somehow. "No one will leave to go investigate a noise unless they have at least two other dogs going with them, am I understood...?" He asked.

She kindly accepted the bird Arrow had given her, she slowly ate it so she could savor each bite. She got to her paws and joined the group to listen to Arrow's instructions before they left their home. She began to put the dogs into pairs and telling them to not leave their partner's side. Maci had never done anything like this and she was slightly afraid of what they would encounter on their journey. Her main concern were the elders of the pack, would they be able to make the trek? What if something happened to one of them? Many thoughts ran through her head but she tried her best to keep a happy face and shove the thoughts out of her mind.

Sledge looked at Arrow and dipped her head as a thanks once she received the squirrel, her tail sweeping across the floor as she waited for a moment. Watching as the white Shepherd, known as Maci entered the cave. Smiling Sledge dipped her head. Allowing her head to drop the Collie mix began tucking into the limp carcass of the squirrel-as she clamped her jaws on its body blood began filling her mouth, swallowing it she began to tear off meat. Once full it appeared that half the carcass still remained shrugging she looked around, it seemed most were already eating "Anybody want this?" she questiond tossing it into the middle of the room. Licking her lips she began to clean the blood from around her maw and off her paws. Hearing Arrow speak she lifted her head and looked at the Rottie-carefully listening to his words. It appeared they would soon be moving out as the walkers had begun hovering around their camp and it wouldn't stay safe for long. Snarling as he began to explain about the walkers, she hated those things and just wanted to tear those things apart-but wouldn't do so unless needed. Sitting on her haunches Sledge looked at Arrow once more and nodded "I understand!" she replied that was followed by a quiet bark as her tail continued to wagg. [/color]

The American 'kita raised his snout at the Rottie's cheerful bark, watching as a piece of prey was tossed at his paws. Sighing, he nudged it away with a paw and perked his ears up. It seemed they were moving out- like they usually did, anyways. Wettening his lips, the patched male heaved himself up onto his paws and listened to the orders, slithering into a small group of dogs and awaiting further orders.

It was quiet out where they were, not to far from the pack so Trip could still hear the chatter, but at a good distance to keep practice safe. He flicked his ears, craning his head to listen. Some kind of argument had happened. Looks like they'll have to be extra careful when leaving the pack for a bit. "Alright! Stances," Trip barked, turning around to face the younger canine. His front bowed a bit, allowing his behind to be raised, tail wagging in anticipation. Addie followed suit, but her tail was more stiff. She flicked her tongue over her mouth.
"Whenever you're ready," Addie pounced, barreling at the other, who stepped aside with grace, causing her to stumble. She quickly turned around, but Trip already was over her, forcing her to the ground. A chuckle came from him before stepping off. "You're a jerk,"

Arrow leaped off the table and looked at Maci place everyone in pairs and smiled. "Nice work,very smart." He said dipping his head to her. Then he took the lead of the pack turning around. "Alright guys, remember what I said, stay together!" And with that, he hopped out of the old den looking around, he heard the cries of the girl walkers trying to lead them into their trap. This was going to be a long night...

Sledge began to awkwardly shuffle around on her paws growing impatient on the move-her tail remained low though. Thoughts of her old family friends Scrappy and Toby caused a sense of sadness over her as she treat them like her own. Escaping from her thoughts with a brisk shake to her head Sledge let out a sigh and set off. Arrow ordering them to stick together, although she wanted to obey Sledge took herself to the back so she could send out a warning if any walkers approached and hopefully fight them off if they did chose to attack. Perking his ears, Trip listened in, noting that they were moving. Flicking his tail over Addie's face, he started back. It didn't take them long to return to the pack, coming along side to be with leader. Addie decided to change her direction, following after Sledge with a smile. "Hey! Wait up!" She called out, trying catch up with other. "Need any help?"

Jako trotted after Arrow. He stayed near the back to be sure nobody was left behind. The large black and white dane nudged some pups towards their mothers and then went to the sides, keeping watched.
Jika bounded up towards Arrow and huffed. "Want me to go on ahead to make sure It's safe?" She asked. Her gaze flicked ahead as she awaited for his answer.

Arrow looked at Jika shaking his head. "No, you are not to go up ahead and check if its safe, I said no one will leave to go investigate any sounds of walkers of any kind, now get back and watch the end of the line with the elders, make sure they're okay." He ordered Jika and turned his attention forward once again, hearing a large shriek. "Okay, we have company..." He growled looking at his pack. "Stay together!" He said. "Or else you'll get scratched,or possibly bitten!"

Huffing she was soon joined by another canine, this one being an elder-shooting a smile at the old timer her attention turned back towards the forest. Her hackles raised and a shiver ran through her body "Somethings coming..." she growled to herself as she hurried forward-and there it was. The shriek of what she expected. "Arrow there's something up ahead, I could sense it coming. I believe this one is similar to a walker..." listening to the screech she recognised it "But these ones have claws like a walverine-although that canchange you they do have a nasty pain!" she mumbled then listening to his instructions. Sledge was known for not following rules and often doing outragous things to help keep the pack safe, turning to Arrow she narrowed her eyes "Arrow. I've fought these things before, they're harder to defeat than the walkers, but avoiding those claws and going for the neck, legs and stomach will help defeat this...this...this beast!" she spoke with a bark looking into the distance-anger boiling inside her at this intruder.

Addie staid a few steps behind, listening and smelling, trying to sense what Sledge was. Her tail drooped down between her legs at the sight of that walker. She'd never seen one before. "C-can you defeat it?" She asked nervously, coming to stand closer to the older canine.

Maci padded along side the line of canines, her ears listening for anything out of the ordinary and her eyes looking for any movement. Maci watched Sledge walk up to Arrow and speak of a sharp clawed creature similar to a walker and then about eliminating it. She trotted up to them "She is right but it is dangerous for her to do it alone." she looked at Sledge then to Arrow before looking ahead "If we can get rid of it now we won't have to worry about it later." She knew it was risky but if Sledge knew how to dispose of the creature they should do it, to keep the pack safe.

Arrow nodded. "I've dealt with these but Sledge you must go with two other people." He said. "I volenteer." He said not sounding a bit scared. "Maci, you come too, both of us can distract it while one goes to sneak up behind her and attempt to kill her." He said. "Sledge, you can attack, me and Maci will distract her."

Turning her head to Maci, Sledge dipped her head and smiled. Her attention soon turning to Arrow as he spoke her tail wagging as he agreed to the plan-Sledge knew it would be safer for the paack if they managed to get rid of the beast, and it wouldn't cause trouble later on down the line. Clearing her throat she spoke "Good, I just want to keep the pack safe. Thanks you two!" she questly barked then listening to the plan about who would be attacking and who would be distracting "Alright.." she muttered along with a nod of agreement-taking a look at the back she then looked at her alpha. "Should we put someone in charge or get the pack to wait here?" she questioned as cries from the beast got louder-it almost seemed like she was weeping. Growling at the sounds and the presence of the beast her hackles remained raised.

The younger canine took a step back, allowing the others to do their work. Trip had joined them, standing over her protectively. If anything happened, they would have their back. That walker was quite a frightening sight, making Addie shake with fear. "Please be safe guys," She said to them, waiting for them to deal with it. Trip gave her a lick over her ear, trying to calm her down. He was on look out, making sure no other walkers came from a different area while they dealt with this.

Maci looked at Sledge "We can tell them to wait here, we shouldn't be gone too long." she looked ahead and could slightly see a faint figure in the distance "I'll try to get it too look at me." she barked as she trotted forward. she didn't tell anyone but she was afraid of this monster, of what it could do, she swallowed her fear and began to bark at it "Hey! Over here." she snarled as she jumped up and down. The infected looked up at her, it's lifeless eyes looking over her body. Maci kept her eyes on it, still letting out a bark here and there "Hurry Sledge." she whispered. She wondered what Arrow would do to keep it distracted. The creature continued to make weeping sounds, trying to get her to come closer but Maci wasn't falling for it's trick "Just keep your eyes on me." she growled.

Arrow barked and growled. "No come get me! He called the walker started to look his way with a smirk. /That's right come get me you infected monster/ he thought. Waiting for Maci or Sledge to make a move again. He just hopped someone got the walker before the walker got him. "Hurry up before this thing gets to close' he yelled.

((Well Jimmeh after eating the pack decided to move out. Most of the elders including Sledge took place at the back to protect the pack and few at the front. Sledge got a feeling that something was up ahead and Arrow already knew from the sudden crys that had started. They agreed on a plan the Maci was involved in. The pack are waiting as they set off. Arrow and Maci distracted the beast and Sledge attacked. Now the creature is dead))

Sledge
Sledge nodded "Alright..." she muttered and dipped her head-looking at the faint weeping figure in the distance she growled but stayed focus. Crawling forward Sledge crept through the foliage of the forest staying clear from the claws of the walker like creature. Narrowing her eyes she let a snarl rumble up her throat. Watching as her two packmates began distracting the beast she grinned and spotted her opportunity. Running behind the walker silently she leapt from her paws with a growl and slammed into the greatures back sending it flying to the ground. Squeals began escaping its mouth and it kicked its legs and swiping its arms. Ignoring the threat Sledge lunged for its neck. It wouldn't be useful from the back so she grabbed the side. Stepping on the walkers arm attempting to keep it down as its arms and legs thrashed around-continued to let out shriked. "Shut it you freak!" she snarled through a moutful of skin. She could feel the windpipe of the creature as it slightly vibrated-taking in a deep breath Sledge tightened her grip-getting hard as the creature continued its struggled. Allowing growl to escape her maw she rived her head back and forth pulling at the creatures neck causing its cry to grow quiet. Then suddenly. All went silent.

Arrow nodded to Maci and Sledge then started to continue back to the pack area. "Alright, we're clear for now guys, lets move out." He said then took his place in the front of the pack again. "But remember, walkers always lurk more during the night, so we must be careful, and listen for yells of the big walkers, they are more active at night than they are in the morning." He huffed starting forward his ears perked and alert to any sound. He was ready.

Agro
The Cattle Dog kept his head low and his jaws shut, not daring utter a sound as Sledge set out to take care of the weeping threat. As silence descended upon the small pack, Agro's large ears were craned forward- muscles tense and ready to take any action necessary if another danger happened to present itself. When Arrow's words broke the stinging silence, the brute relaxed slightly, though as always he was still rather tense. Moving towards the Rottweiler, Agro nodded in agreement to his words. "You heard the alpha. Move your tails and keep a sharp eye out. Stay close together." He barked at the others, though he knew it wasn't quite his position just yet, he figured it was a command that needed to be said. He wasn't about to lose anyone for them not being surveillant. Instantly knowing the Alpha might rebuke him for barking out an order- him not technically being in a position of authority just yet- he swiveled his ears backwards and dipped his head respectfully, hoping the brute would simply agree and leave it at that.

Arrow looked at Agro with a slight smile. "Nice work Agro." He said looking at the Cattle Dog for a moment, then back to the front to make sure no walkers were coming toward them, or just sitting there in their path. When he saw none up ahead he turned his attention back to Agro. "Hey Agro, when you first joined us, you smelled as if you were from a different pack... Do you mind telling me about them...?" He asked in a quiet voice, trying not to be to loud.

Thrishu
The youngster hopped after the rest of the pack, his tail wagging slightly as he surveyed the area. Thrishu's ears perked up at Arrow's command, followed by Agro's echo. Blinking, the canine titled his head slightly as he peered at the two. Maybe there was something he could do to impress them. Without hesitating, Thrishu trotted towards them, allowing a slight skip of his step as he pattered up to them. Blinking once more, the apprentice stood in front of Arrow and Agro, his tongue slightly lolling out of the side of his mouth. Without a word, he plopped down onto the ground, his tail thumping slightly as he watched from Arrow to Agro. It was obvious Thrishu did not know what he was doing, however he simply did not care, and instead decided to tune in onto their conversation. Oblivious to the fact the conversation was supposed to be private, Thrishu leaned forward, interested in what had to be said.

Inwardly, Agro let out a faint sigh of relief to see the Alpha had agreed with him. Returning the nod, he continued onward down the path at the Rottweiler's side, one ear craned towards the brute as he spoke. "Ah, yeah. Before I joined you guys I was leading a couple other dogs. Not much of a pack, but company is company. Anyway, th-" The canine's sentence was cut short as the young apprentice, Thrishu flopped down in front of them with a stupid grin plastered to his face. "Might want to get closer towards the middle of the pack, kid. Being up front and exposed like that with your guard down is going to get you killed. Think before you act." Agro scolded the youngster in a gruff tone with a scowl as he stepped over him to continue walking, though he paused to wait for Arrow.

Arrow rolled his eyes looking at Agro. "Totally, you owned a pack..." He huffed. "When I got your scent when you first joined your scent was nothing but the smell of a beta." He grinned, but soon faded as the apprentice took place in front of them. "Well hello there young one." He smiled with a slight chuckle. "I see you must be enjoying yourself little dude, but you see, we need to keep moving on or the walkers are going to catch up to us." He said. "Do you mind going back to your place in the pack so we can keep moving...?" He asked the 'pup' in a soft tone.

Maci
Maci was pleased when Sledge easily took out the walked, she dipped her head as she passed then went to the middle of the group. Maci kept close to the elders to make sure none were left behind if they got too slow. She noticed one of the older canines had begun to fall behind so she slowed her pace to match his "Are you okay Ashkii?" she asked with a worried expression on her face. The old bloodhound mix was panting heavily as he tried to keep up with the pack "I'm just old that's all." he chuckled. Maci whined and stayed close to him "Take your time, I'll be here." she barked "Oh Thank you, Maci." he smiled. She nodded and looked towards the group and saw they were just a few feet up ahead, if anything were to happen it wouldn't take too long for them to get to Maci and Ashkii.

"Wait..." Arrow growled, stopping in his tracks. It's been hours since they left the den, and they haven't ran into one single walker. That is, after the crying walker. Arrow sniffed the air, it didn't smell right. Something was wrong,very wrong. Suddenly two roars echoed from the forest. "Sh--!" He growled. "Large walkers on both the left and right side of the pack!" He looked to the front seeing Maci and Ashkii in front of them. "Maci! Ashkii come back!" He called in a panicked tone. He had to admit it, he was scared. He never been able to take out one large walker alone, that means two will be two times the risk...

Maci
Maci looked towards he group and began to push Ashki forward "Stay with them." she ordered as she tried to catch him up to the others. She saw the two monstrous walkers "Oh no.." she whined as she continued to catch Ashkii up. Before they could reach the group the two canines were slapped away and both hit the ground with a hard thump. Maci quickly got to her paws and ran to the old dog "Come on! Get up!'' she barked as she grabbed him by the scruff and tried to drag him away from the oncoming threat. Ashkii tried to get up but fell to the ground, his weak frail body could take no more "This is the end of the road for me." he coughed. Maci growled and kept dragging him, she wasn't going to lose another member without a fight.

Arrow watched as the two were slammed to the ground by the first walker. Growls formed in his throat and the Rottweiler charged forward, aiming to lunge at the large walker's(the one who slapped Maci to the ground) neck. //This is the last time you walkers kill my pack members!// He thought as got hold of the dead flesh of the walkers neck. Blood flowed into Arrow's mouth and the walker started to roar louder than ever, trying to shake the Rottweiler off. The walker then slammed himself into a tree, causing Arrow, and the walker to fall. And with that, all went silent for Arrow...

Maci
Thanks to Arrow, Maci was able to get Ashkii to the group "He needs to be carried to safety." she barked at some of the canines. She looked around for Arrow until she saw him unconscious on the ground with the large walker standing over him, ready to smash his large fists onto the dog's body. She snarled and charged at it and launching herself towards it's neck but only managed to latch onto it's rotting shoulder. The beast roared and grabbed her tail, making her lose her grip to let out a shrill yelp, and threw her down. She stood in front of Arrow with her teeth bared, a snarl ripped from her throat and she jumped back up and latched onto his throat and biting down as hard as she could. The creature's blood seeped from her jaws and down her chest, painting her fur a dark red. Maci let go when it fell down and no longer moved, she didn't kw if it was dead but she didn't have a lot of time to check. She turned her attention to the other one and saw that it was slowly moving towards the group "Arrow! Wake up!" she barked as she nudged him with her muzzle. She nudged him again "Come on!" a growl of frustration leaving her mouth.

Arrow
It took a few moments, but Arrow woke up. It also took him a minute or two to get to know what happened, and once he got back into the state where he gained full control of himself, he noticed the large walker charging at his pack. "No over here you bastard!" He barked, getting the walkers attention. Then, it charged at him, and Arrow also charged forward, jumping at the infected monster and latching onto his neck. He clamped down as hard as he could, the walker falling to the ground about five minutes later. The Rottweiler felt... AWESOME! That was the first large walker he killed by himself! That was totally amazing! Arrow's stub tail wagged non-stop and he bounded over to Maci in a playful way. You could tell he was happy.

Maci
After Arrow eliminated the large walker he bounded over to her with his stub wagging rapidly "Nice job." she barked as she wagged her tail "Let's get the pack to safety." she said before limping toward the group and looking for Ashkii. When she found him he was getting to his paws "Are you doing okay?" she asked, he wobbled for a moment but was able to gain his balance "Yeah, how about you?" he looked at her right paw which was lifted off the ground. She looked at her front right paw "Yeah, my paw just hurts a little." Ashkii frowned "Thanks for helping me..Well be careful." Maci nodded and limped back to Arrow "Do you have an idea of where we are going?" she was curious as to where they would set up their new home.

Sledge
Hearing Arrows and Agros commands Sledge nodded-running her tongue along her blood stained maw she walked along side the pack. So if anything made an attack from the side she was ready. The sudden large groans came from the distance and they could only mean bad news, a growl rumbled up the Collie crosses throat as she stopped and sniffed the air. Remembering these creatures as 'Tanks'. "Guys..." she growled taking a step back. Hearing a yelp she turned and realised Maci and the old timer on the ground, but before she could help she turned to the 2nd walker who was swinging a wrecking ball like fist towards her packmates. Growling Sledge lunged forward and grabbed the creatures legs stopping him from slamming his fist into the pack. As the creature bent over to grab her it gave the canine an opportunity to leap onto its back-and so she did. Clambering across its scarred bodys she latched onto its neck-scraping her paws across its flesh causing bits to come away. Hearing Arrows and Macis commands of getting the pack to safety she did. Leaving the walking thrashing around angrily she ran to the pack. "Come on guys yous need to get to safety! Anf fast so move!" she ordered with a growl, running to grab Ashkii they set off. Taking the pack onward she made sure they were safe a determind look on her face with her eyes narrowed. Sniffing the air she stopped and leaned Ashkii on a rock carefully then turning back to the pack "Ok, we'll wait here so the others can catch up.." she sighed a little disappointed she didn't help. Shaking her head the she-dog began searching the area around the pack making sure they were clear of danger. /font]

((Yeah I had that problem to so I had to read the pages earlier. But what I think I can remember is the as the pack had defeated the first walker they moved on, but Arrow sensed something wasn't right because of the change in atmosphere. Then two huge walkers also known as 'Tanks' came in one on the left and one on the right. Maci was behind the pack with an old timer who is an NPC who goes by the nake Ashkii. They were batted too one side off the walker and Ashkii was helped back by Maci also being helped by Arrow. Protecting the pack Sledge began a small attack on the other walker that was left be, and an order was sent out to get the pack to safety. Leaving the walker Sledge grabbed Ashkii and lead the pack to a safe place. And is now protecting the pack whilst Arrow and Maci are still at the scene and I believe Maci has a bad paw and Arrow is pleased with himself for killing one of the walkers))

Kairo was lost in the sudden frenzy, the large walkers swarming up on all sides. "Come on!" He boomed towards his partner, who was completly frozen solid and shivering. "You ass!" The Akita snarled, hurling himself into the young dog's side- making him fall over. "Get your act together and move!" He ordered, watching the frail male coil his tail and run after the rest of the pack. Kairo, now at the back of the pack, was intercepted by another one of the bigger walkers. What seemed to be a Boxer sprang after him, but the male already dodged to the side and watched the Walker awkwardly flop onto it's side. Smirking, Kairo raised a brow, arching his tail with a slight giggle. "": "Is that all you got?" The patched brute teased, placing a paw on it's heaving flank and taking a bite of it's neck. Blood sprayed into the air like a fountain while Kairo loped after the pack himself, protecting the back.

Addie & Trip
Addie's heard had been beating heavily in her chest. It was frightening, looking at those large walkers, and made her feel so much smaller than normal. She stood close to Trip, her whole frame shaking. They moved with the others, careful of avoiding any walkers. But Trip kept himself close to the back, to help out Kairo. He managed to attack a few walker's legs, knocking them to the ground. It would give them try and get away faster. Without the legs, they were just crawling. It was a better advantage. "Keep close!" Trip shouted, hurrying back to the Akita.

The Rottweiler panted looking at the others who looked like they were in complete shock of the two large walkers known as 'Tanks' to justt had attacked. "That was uncalled for..." He sighed. "And I totally take the blame for what just happened only a few moments ago." Arrow sighed. "But we must keep moving on, away from here, and into a place that we can call home with plenty of food. And with all of you putting your trust in me... I believe we can do that! You saw the team work we did when the Tanks attacked, I believe we can survive this till the end!" And after the speech, Arrow turned around. "Now, lets keep moving! I sense that a river is near by, hopefully its not carrying anything."

Maci followed the pack, she was unsure of where they would go next. She walked over to Sledge "Thanks for keeping the pack safe." she smiled and bowed her head before checking on some of the canines. Maci kept her eyes open for anymore unexpected visitors as the group moved forward. She hoped their next home would be safe and well protected and around a good food and water source. Maci began to feel tired, she had been on her paws all day, she couldn't wait till they set up camp so she could finally rest.

Arrow took his place at the front of the pack once again and led them into the forest, deep inside the forest, there was a cabin. No sounds of walkers came from inside of it. Perfect, someplace safe to stay for a few days. "Maci, look a cabin." He said pointing his paw forward to where the cabin was. "We can stay here for a few days, it'll be perfect." He muttered.

Maci
Maci's eyes looked to where Arrow was pointing, it was a log cabin. It had cracked windows and was covered in dry leaves and pine needles "Yeah, it might be." she padded forward and sniffed around the building, she didn't smell any fresh scents just stale ones. After exploring the outside of the cabin she made her way onto the porch and to the old partially opened wooden door. She stuck her nose through the opening and sniffed again before pushing it open and stepping inside. The old wooden floorboards creaked beneath their paws "Let's be quiet until we make sure we are alone in here." Maci decided to go scope out the upstairs "I'm going to check up here." the stairs creaked and bent under her weight, this cabin has been here for a long time. Once she got to the second floor she could smell rotting flesh which made her body tense up. A growl rose from her throat as she pushed open one of the two doors, revealing a dead body on the queen bed. She relaxed and nosed around the room, nothing in here but dust and bugs. She exited the room and closed the door by grabbing the old rag on the handle before going into the room across the hall. This room wasn't in any better shape, it just didn't have a body on the bed. After searching the room the only thing she found was a scrawny rat under the bed, which she set on the floor for someone to eat. Maci jumped up onto the queen bed, sending dust and dirt into the air, she walked in a circle before plopping down. She was sure Arrow wouldn't mind if she took a cat nap. Maci laid her head on her paws and closed her eyes, letting her mind travel to a more peaceful place.

Sledge
Sledge watched as Arrow past and began muttering words to the pack, letting out a sigh she turned to see Maci standing near her. Confused she tilted her head until she heard the white canine speak "Oh its fine, its the least I could do..." she smiled and watched as the pack was lead away. Narrowing her eyes she shook her head "Least someone appreciates my help!" she growled as she heard a few groans. Turning her head she sighed as she noticed Ashkii was left leant against the rock, concerned she trotted over to the old timer. "You ok Ashkii?" she questioned "I'm fine just go, I'll slow the pack down" he moaned as he allowed his head to drop "No Ashkii come on" she ordered "My times over!" "No, no one gets left behind!" she muttered with her brows narrowed. Pressing against the males side she helped him to his paws and helped him along-feeling slightly annoyed that he was left and no one attempted to help. Following the faint scent of the pack she slowly trudged onward, the large canine leant against her as she lead him to where the pack were. [ /font]

Arrow led the pack in side the cabin. He shut the door after everybody was inside and laid down in the corner. He felt a bit light headed for some reason, but he figured he'll get over it by tomorrow. All Arrow needed now was some rest, with no walkers to bother him. If only this entire thing was a dream... Then it would be over within a blink of an eye. But yet, he actually enjoyed being with his pack. They were family to him...

((The pack was in a den in the city and soon decided it was time to leave the city before it became even more dangerous to were they would be stuck inside because walkers kept tracking their scents into the ally were their secret den was. So they left after their meal and attacked the first walker know as a Witch from L4D and defeated that, then two large walkers otherwise known as Tanks from L4D attacked but luckily they killed them both. And now, the pack rests in a large log cabin until they decide its time to get a move on again.))

Maci
Maci had only slept maybe a few minutes, she couldn't tell, she could ever get a full rest ever since the world fell. She let out a sigh of defeat and crawled off the bed, the floorboards creaked loudly, making her jump in surprise "Still not used to that.." she grumbled as she strolled out of the room and carefully made her way down the old wooden staircase. She saw that the pack had settled in nicely "How is everyone?" she asked the pack but her eyes were looking for the old man, she didn't smell him or Sledge so she assumed they were still on their way in. Maci walked over to the window and saw Sledge helping Ashkii to the cabin, she pushed herself away from the window and held the door open "Thank you for helping him Sledge." Sledge had done a lot for the pack recently and she really appreciated it, she just wasn't too great at showing it. She made sure the door was closed before looking for Arrow, when her amber eyes spotted him she trotted over "I was able to find a rat, it's upstairs in the bedroom to the right." it was only respectful to inform the alpha of the only food in the house. Maci walked into the old small kitchen, it had black and white tiled floor and old style appliances, all covered in cobwebs and dust. She nosed around but there was nothing of interest in here so she went back out into the living room to talk to the others.

Sledge
Soon enough the wood cabin came into view and a strong scent of the pack lingered close by-turning her head to look at the Hound leaning against her she smiled "Don't worry old timer, we're nearly there!" she chuckled then focused back on where they were going "Good, my old legs canake much more..." Ashkii spoke rather exhausted as they arrived at the porch. "Watch your step Ash" she muttered as she pushed harder making sure he made it up the stiars-just as they were about to arrive at the door Maci was stood with the door wide open welcoming them in.
Looking at the white canine Sledge smiled and dipped her head "Oh no problem, I couldn't let this old man stay back there" she chuckled "And thanks!" the she-dog smiled it seemed Maci was rather like her-quite the helpful canine who would probably risk their own lives for the pack, and Maci seemed to be the only one who appreciated Sledges efforts. As the two canines slowly padded across the wooden floor of the cabin she could feel the boards creek beneath her paws causing her to look through the small cracks, shaking her head she placed Ashkii against the wall and allowed him to lie down "Thanks Miss.Sledge" "Its fine, you get some rest" she smiled and left the hound be to rest. Trotting towards a window the Colli cross leapt onto a few wooden crates that were placed under the window-sitting on her haunches she glanced out-up into the sky gazing at the stars and the moon. "One day Scrappy, one day Toby-we will see one another again..." she sighed her ears dropping a little as she let out a whinelost in her thoughts as she starred out the window.

((Well if you weren't aware Sledge, Arrow and Maci fought off a walker known as a 'Witch' on L4D, then they moved on. Soon coming across another two walkers, these known as 'Tanks' also on L4D. Maci, Sledge and Arrow made attempts of fighting them off, and an old timer was batted aside. Hearing someone tell them to get the pack to safety Sledge did, leaving the half damaged walker be. Helping the older canine Ashkii (who is an NPC) up and leading the pack to safety. Once Arrow and Maci defeated they rejoined the pack and lead them to a wood cabin. Sledge stayed behind to help Ashkii who was left by the pack, Maci helping them into the cabin. The whole pack is now in the wood cabin, Maci has found a rat as food upstairs and has told Arrow, who is laying down (I think) Ashkii is laying somewhere and Sledge is gazing out the window remebering her old 'pups' Scrappy and Toby. I think that's about it, sorry if I missed anything))

Arrow lifted his head looking at Maci. He guessed that he zoned out a bit when she came up to him. "Sorry, what did you say Maci...?" He asked, sitting up. He still looked tired, and this strange sick scent was coming off of him. The Rottweiler still felt dizzy and laid down again. "I think I might be catching a cold or something.." He muttered to himself, but stayed at attention to hear what Maci had to say.

Maci peered at Arrow "Are you okay sir?" she asked before taking a few steps closer to him "I think you're right." She walked around him the plopped down near him to make sure he didn't get too cold "Are you hungry? I found a small rat upstairs." her tail wagged briefly before settling on the ground again, she hoped he hadn't caught anything serious, that was the last thing they needed. Maci let out a large yawn then rubbed some dirt off her muzzle with her paw before looking at Arrow again "How are you feeling?" she asked.

Arrow nodded. "Y-yes please..." He muttered laying his head down again. "Truthfully I think we might need to stay here a bit longer than I tended to.." He muttered and hear a set of footsteps upstairs, his ears perking. "Maci... Was there a dead body upstairs or something...?" He said with a slight growl in his tone.

Maci
Maci looked at him "I'll go check it out." she got to her paws then walked across the living room and made her way to the second floor. She could have swore that the body was 'dead' it didn't look like it had any bites or scratches, it couldn't hurt to check. She kept her head low as she nudged open the old door, she crept into the room but the body was no longer on the bed "Huh?" she barked. she stalked forward to get a closer look of the bed "Where.." she spun around when the door slammed closed and an infected stumbled towards her. She yelped in surprise then jumped to the side before it could dive onto her. The infected fell face first onto the wood floor, she took the opportunity to grab the back of it's head then bit down, crushing it's rotting skull. She fell onto her rump and stayed there, she stared at it's mangled body in shock, no matter how many times she has done this she never got used to it.

Somehow, Diamond saw a walker, and aimed to leap at it to attack it. She was getting a bunch of cuts, even though she didnt care. She fought for hours, hoping the walkers would die.

((For anyone needing a recap from earlier in the rp: Sledge, Arrow and Maci fought off a walker known as a 'Witch' on L4D, then they moved on. Soon coming across another two walkers, these known as 'Tanks' also on L4D. Maci, Sledge and Arrow made attempts of fighting them off, and an old timer was batted aside. Hearing someone tell them to get the pack to safety Sledge did, leaving the half damaged walker be. Helping the older canine Ashkii (who is an NPC) up and leading the pack to safety. Once Arrow and Maci defeated they rejoined the pack and lead them to a wood cabin. Sledge stayed behind to help Ashkii who was left by the pack, Maci helping them into the cabin. The whole pack is now in the wood cabin, Maci has found a rat as food upstairs and has told Arrow, who is laying down (I think) Ashkii is laying somewhere and Sledge is gazing out the window remebering her old 'pups' Scrappy and Toby. Arrow heard footsteps upstairs, and claimed it was the dead body Maci had seen earlier. So, Maci went to check and to her surprise the body was missing from the bed. The door got slammed and Maci fought off the walker. But Sledge heard the yelp and charged up stairs. The rest of the pack remain downstairs and Maci and Sledge are upstairs. I think that's about it, sorry if I missed anything))

Sledge
Sledges ears dropped as she continued running through the memories of her and the two pups, a smile grew across her face and a crystal like tear ran down her cheek-legging out a sigh as her head was lowered. Although the memories were good Sledge still felt pain, and anger that she had lost someone so close to her. The images were soon shattered by an echoing yelp that came from upstairs-her ears lifted and remained erect on the top of her head as she jumped to her paws and off the boxes-Maci was missing. Growling the Collie cross darted across the room and up the old, tatted stair case that creeked with every step. Charging into the door to seemed to be jammed shut and all was silent "Maci?!...Maci?!" she growled as she continued slamming into the old door. Soon managing to burst through she looked and behind the door was a limp body-that she recognised as a walker. Walking past the body she growled then stopped beside the white canine. "You alright?" she questioned as she shuffled on her paws a little concerned for her packmate.

She was knocked to the ground unconscious. The walkers ran away, leaving Diamond hurt. No one knew if Diamond was knocked out or dead. Blood was gushing out of Diamond.

"Yeah I'm fine, it didn't get me." she reassured Sledge before getting to her paws "How is Ashkii doing?" She had great concern for their aged pack mate who hadn't been doing too well lately and she knew this move wold only make his condition worsen. She looked at the dead walker "Let's get out of here." she said as she left the room and going down stairs to see the others. Maci stopped midway down when she realized she forgot the rat for Arrow. She huffed then spun around and ran back upstairs and into the empty room and retrieved the freshly killed prey. She carefully held it in her jaws and carried down stairs to their alpha and dropped it at his paws "Here you go." she smiled as she nudged it forward.

Sledge
Looking at Maci, Sledge sighed in relief to hear her packmate was ok. Looking down at the walker she gave it a look of disgustn her lips lifting revealing her teeth as she let out a growl. Snapping out of her defensiveness she looked back at the white canine. "Good, these things are such...pests!" she growled looking back at the corpse. Soon averting her gaze back to Maci with a smile "The old timers doing fine, sometimes I think he's got more fight than us.." she spoke with a soft tone and a smilen thinking about the old fighter. "Yeah" she muttered at what Maci had to say. Walking out the small room she began carefully crawling down the old stair case-as they quietly creeked beneath her paws. Landing on the bottom she looked around and trotted towards Arrow "Maci has handled the walker, and is fetching the rat...Maybe we should put someone on guard whislt the others catch up on some sleep?" she suggested with a tilt to her head. Stepping aside allowing Maci to give Arrow the rat she cleared her throat "Well?..." she mumbled. Sledge would happily take on the role of guarding the pack, all she needed was concent from Arrow.

Arrow glared up at Sledge. "Go sit down Sledge, you've done enough..." He muttered looking at the rat for a few minutes. He wanted it, but then he didn't. After a few long moments of debating in his head, he finally pushed the rat beside him for later. "Thanki, Maci." He sighed laying his head down. "You take a break also..." He muttered.

Diamond dreamed of every dog she knew getting killed by Walkers. She then woke up to see a huge apocalypse. She went to fight the walkers. She was about to have the courage to kill every walker she saw. She leaped at some walkers. She fought them all night, neglecting her sleep. The gray and white husky kept fighting them non-stop.

Sledge dipped her head at Arrow as he spoke, allowing her tongue to run along her lips-after letting out a sigh. "If you need any jobs done, just give me a shout..." she mumbled as she headed back across the room, her tail arched. Looking to her left she glanced at Ashkii and smiled, quietly she trotted towards the old timer "Psst..You alright?" she questioned in a soft tone. "Sure I'm fine Sledge, thanks again.." the old timer spoke in a croaky voice as he rested his head back onto his paws "Its fine.." she whispered. Turning she headed back to her previous seat. Leaping onto the crates that sat under the window she glanced out again, and up towards the start. "I will find you guys don't worry..." she whispered with a whine as she placed her head on the window sill.

Arrow nodded, looking at the rat as the two left to their spots. His stomach growled, he was hungry now, and if he didn't eat soon he probably would puke! The rottweiler grabbed the dead rat by his tail and dragged it in front of him, slowly picking off the meat and eating it. He didn't want to eat to fast, just in case he made his stomach feel worse than it was. When the rottweiler was done, he laid his head down, falling asleep. Flooding his dreams was the world before it turned into this mess. Peaceful, but still a mess with fights and all kinds of drama. But it was nicer than this...

((Aww no, its so sad to here this roleplay is going down and may never be used again. This was one of my favorite roleplays that I loved roleplaying in, especially with the bonds between characters and how I met others. Although, I do understand that keeping roleplays running and up to date can be rather difficult and frustrating at times as I have witnessed this several times before. But floof if you do ever decide to bring this roleplay back (if deciding to let it die) I will surely join in the new edition!))
