Title: Flourite Crash.
Post by: Myawolf1 on February 10, 2014, 07:15:53 pm
I am having serious issues with Flourite. I had to delete my character I was playing with because it crashed, and every single time I tried to get on that character, it told me, "Feralheart.exe has stopped working" and it shuts off...

I really hope I am not the only one dealing with this right now...

1. Change your rendering system.

2. Go into C: >>> Feralheart >> media > particles and delete any ending in _0, _1, and so on.

3. Go into Fluorite with other character through another map like Ficho Cave or Cape.

Also make sure you're connection is strong. That sometimes causes the game to crash.

This thing happens to you ALWAYS or only today?
FP is just sometimes 'full'.
I mean there are so many people in there, so that sometimes causes crashing and it's a very laggy place for some people.

Just to add onto what Dundee has said, you can always check the right hand side my scrolling your mouse over to it and a list of maps and its availably will show up. At the moment the plains is good to go in without problems. But I do think that you are perhaps experiencing a rendering problem.
Do you have any other games on your computer that bug out as well?

Crashing the Fluorite is common, as mentioned above. Try switching your Render System by going to C: (Local Disk) >> FeralHeart > ogre.cfg

You should see a line saying:

Render System=OpenGL Rendering Subsystem
[OpenGL Rendering Subsystem]

Replace OpenGL with Direct3D9 and try to go in-game. (Vice versa)

Good luck
