Okay, so, here is the problem:
Everytime I go to make a new character and complete it...the character creator says 'Updating' or 'Creating'
It's so annoying >.<
Can anyone help me with this?

To be honest... err... did you check your internet connection? That's pretty much the only thing I have in mind that could be causing some trouble for you, alongside the fact your computer might not be able to handle FH if it has to do that. It would be good to restart your computer possibly, too, to boost up the internet connection or anything wrong with it in general. c:

My internet connection is fine, and my laptop can handle FH. But I think it's only on one of my accounts.

I think there's nothing wrong with your accounts.
Probably your connection. It can be it because that sometimes happens to me too.
That's why I restart the game but before I disconnect from the internet and connect again.

Try to ask someone from staff members, I bet they can help more than we did.

My best tip for that is adding little changes to your character each time. The smaller the changes the quicker your character loads I find, then just keep adding changes along the way. That way if it does freeze on Updating or Creating you won't have to worry about losing a whole lot of newly added details and starting over.
