Title: Can't login

Hi, is there a problem with in-game usernames being longer than 16 characters ?  I can log in to the forums just fine, but the game keeps saying "invalid username or password".  I've installed the latest patch and tried changing my password.  But I read somewhere about problems with usernames being too long, mine is "...".  Thanks for any help :)

Aye, what ye' say about the server not allowin' usernames longer than 16 characters via in-game wise is indeed correct.
However, if I am correct in my perception, ye' say yer username is "...". If that is so, then I advise ye' take a gander at the followin' statements and see if they'll help ye'.

Just a little apology - I accidently edited your post Chocolate Heart, so your username you wrote was deleted.

Sorry about that and yes you should pick a username that has less then 16 characters - but sadly you need a new account for that since we can't change in-game usernames.
