Title: Updating a map help?

Hi, so I made a map and just recently created a second map that I wanted to connect the first map to (lets call them map A and map B)

So I made Map A a while back, and I liked it, but it was part of a bigger project I was doing. So I left an "empty space" where I planned to put a portal. People downloaded this version of the map.

So this week I decided to build a map connecting to map A, Map B is now finished, and I have created portals connecting the two.

My problem is getting others to see the updated Map A. I clicked the update button on the control panel, it did nothing. I re-exported the file and sent it to my friends, who downloaded it and found that it was still not updated.

can anyone figure out what I did wrong?

Try exporting Map A again and send the .fhm for map A to your friends. Also send the .fho files from map B and also send them to your friends and whoever else downloaded it~

I exported all of the .fhm and .fho files, and sent it to them, but it still looks like the map I originally made before the editing and exporting, is it possible it has to do with their importing?

Have you had your friends delete the original map files before it was updated, then place all of the newly updated map files in Exports? ;o

they have been replacing it, but I will have them delete it and see how that works
